Won’t go again for sure. Not clean, I had to ask them to vacuum the room again. Bed was too hard and barely slept. The TV kept losing connection with internet so it was very frustrating for us. Loved the convenience of the location with parking for $5 per night to be able to walk around town. Loved Banff. Will look at other option next time.

Very nice hotel, modern, and clean. Lovely coffee shop in the hotel, with good breakfast food. Unable to park in the hotel underground parking, because the truck was too high. Had to park across the street, which was a little inconvenient. No grass directly around the hotel grounds for walking dogs. Jacuzzi is outdated and stained. Overall would stay here again.

I drive a truck, wasnt a fan of parking my truck in a parking lot across the road. Would have been nice to have water/food bowls for the dog since its a pet friendly hotel I liked that the hotel was close to downtown so everything was within walking distance. And a nive coffee shop roght on the corner

We absolutely loved our stay! They had the best amenities for the price. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant/cafe on the ground floor were lovely touches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff at this property were wonderful and kind! The property itself is not what it looks like in the pictures. The room we had booked was the loft, bathroom was dirty. There were pieces of hair all over the bathtub. The carpet had stains which looked like vomit. The counters and tables were dirty with stains all over them. Underground parking is $5 while some other properties offer free parking. Would not recommend for the price you’re paying.

Location was great! Safe, convenient underground parking. Easy to go do really anything out and about in Banff, bus stop is right there and you’re on the strip. Our room was okay, nothing wrong just expected a little more for what I paid. Especially because we were on ground level, paid for a mountain view just to have the curtains closed the whole time as people on the street could see in. The hot tub temperature wasn’t very hot, but still nice. Sitting areas and dining options were nice. Staff was friendly and kind, even wishing us well as we were celebrating a birthday.

The property is nice and centrally located. My room however was not good at all. The heating and AC was not working and it was very cold or very hot with no way to regulate the temperature. Very disappointing

Nice room on 2nd floor of the new section. Was quiet since it is shoulder season. Was upgraded to a bigger room with mountain views. Staff were polite and helpful. Bed was comfy. Quiet at night. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again.

Was moved into a different room due to the room that I originally booked having issues like; Missing an outlet cover for the plugin. A sprinkler was missing its cover and being pushed to the side of the hole that it was in The door stop in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off The roller for the shower was no longer holding the shower door properly and looked like it too was about to fall off. The faucet was loose and would move when you went to turn on the water. The new room I was moved to was nice and had no issues. The staff was supper friendly and nice to interact with.

It’s in the middle of the town. So you can park your car in parkade and walk anywhere. Very close to shopping, dinning.

The carpet was old and the not best choice for a pet room, it smelt musty and they room was cold and the heat was not working in the middle of the night. They also charged an extra $50 upon arrival and we understood we booked a pet room and this was included in the cost. Disappointing overall for Banff area.
