Very Nice pool , hot tub and sauna. Very clean and staff were terrific. Our room was small, especially the bathroom. TV cable went in and out. Underground parking was helpful. No gym though.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Banff. A few minutes walk from everything you need but away from the noise of the shops and restaurants. Rooms were really well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Spa facilities were perfect at the end of a day’s skiing. Hot baths, sauna, steam room, pool and cold plunge pool. Great coffee shop too. If I’m ever fortunate enough to stay in Banff again, will definitely stay at The Kendrick.

Room clean and updated, but there was no hot water at the sink. Bathroom with toilet and shower was very small. Loved the pool area with sauna and steam room but sadly the cold plunge was closed for the full 6 days of our stay. The poolside dining was fantastic. Great location a short walk to the main strip.

The standard room is a standard room. Clean, comfortable, good but I wouldn’t say wow. Parking was great,location convenient. Pools would be lovely but so busy and people are inconsiderate and left towels and plastic cups everywhere. Not the hotels fault but noisy and messy doesn’t make me want to pay a premium to stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and truly felt like a home away from home.
