Thank you BO for taking the time to rate and review your recent stay with us at Banff Park Lodge. As soon as you made us aware of this issue we came up to the room and removed the bug right away. Our pest control company has inspected the room this afternoon and found no traces of bugs in the room. I will send you a copy of the clean report to your email. Unfortunately because we are in a national park, bugs can get into the buildings if the balcony door is open or if they are carried in by guests. We have followed our protocol and found no traces of any bugs in the room. The reason why your sheets were not changed is because you have declined housekeeping service for your entire stay. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at the front desk.
