All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms with showers/tubs, so guests can have their privacy and space when needed. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, bar, living and dining room, as well as a bedroom with 2 queen beds. On the second floor, there are 3 large bedrooms all with king beds and private bathrooms. The newly built back deck offers a BBQ with seating for friends and family to relax and take in the mountain air. The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with young families all around. The home is only 2 blocks away from Banff Ave, offering shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and more. Getting Around: Buses are available on Banff Ave, but taxis and bikes are the best way around town if you don't have your own car. Other Things to Note: Our property manager lives in a separate suite in the basement of the home. It is accessed through a separate entrance and is completely separate from the main section of the property. We had the most wonderful stay. They house is right in Banff, so an easy walk to everything. All the bedrooms are cozy and well-appointed…and have their own en suite bathroom. So nice! Each room has its own dedicated bathroom and the downstairs tenant was a non-issue. The kitchen is well stocked if you need to cook, the washing machine came in handy after hiking, and the place is very tastefully decorated.
