Sepi dan terpencil, namun OK

Secara keseluruhan lumayan, rekomendasi stay di sini jika ingin beredar di area dago pakar. Memang tempatnya terpencil sehingga musti naik mobil ke area yang dituju. Warung makan yang terdekat (sebelah) hanya warung inul, makanan enak walau harganya agak mahal. Kamar bersih, kolam besar, kekurangan wifi sangat buruk.

Hotel Saat Liburan bersama Keluarga

Hotel marbella lokasi lumayan di dalam, dan sekitar belum ada properti atau pertokoan yang dibangun. Jadi lumayan harus ke luar untuk cari area belanja dsb. Hotel nya bukan hotel baru, beberapa fasilitas dalam maintenance, seperti jacuzy, lift (hanya 1 yang aktif), sofa agak bau apek, wastafel agak mampet, fitness room nampak tidak lengkap. Namun dalam konteks kamar, sangat luas (saya pesan suite 2 kamar). View dari kamar (saya lantai 10) juga bagus dan asri memandang gunung, perkebunan (tapi jangan harapkan sebagus view Ubud Bali). Layanan kamar sangat lambat, mungkin karena saya datang di hari sepi pengunjung (workdays). Beberapa hal baik: AC dingin, Ada bath tub dan shower, 2 buah tv, kolam ada beberapa buah, ada main pasir, check in dan out yang cepat, pelayanan staff yang sangat ramah.

Letak hotel jauh dari pusat kota, tapi nyaman

Akses masuk melalui gerbang perumahan mewah dago pakar, cukup jauh dari pusat kota, tapi untuk liburan keluarga, hotel ini sangat cocok, karena fasilitas utama kolam renang, fitness center yang terletak dekat kolam rehang, children's play ground, halaman luas dengan view yang masih asri. Suasananya cukup nyaman dan tenang.

Run down hotel, not maintained building.

The hotel is a run down hotel with a lot of broken things such as broken lift (only one is working), damaged/missing reading lights not getting replaced, moldy bathrooms and hotel entrance full of pot holes. As a result of broken lift people had to wait for quite a long time to get into the ground floor and vice versa. The worst thing is 40% of the tenants are non-hotel residents as such there were around 20 people staying at the 2 bedroom suite across from us and there is nothing that the hotel staff can do to prevent that as that room is owned individually. Marbella Suite claimed that it is a 5 star hotel and Expedia gave it a 4 star hotel. This is definitely not true. I would probably give a 1 star hotel.

入り口が分かりにくく玄関まで2時間を要した。道にホテルへの案内板が無く、まさかと思うような通路からの進入で、やっと辿り着いた。部屋への案内がされなく、迷ってしまった。部屋は暗い。かび臭い。ベットから見れるテレビが無い。調度品に品がなく、古臭い。申し訳ないけども、日本人の感覚で行くと全部がダメです。女性が一人で休むには怖すぎる。30分で我慢できなくチェックアウトして他のホテルに移りました。
