NO GO! Dirty and needs renovation

The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need renovation, but a a complete different thing if basic cleaning routines are not carried out. No recommendation if you expect a certain basic level of hygiene standard!

Une surprise pour un 3*. Nous avons pris une chambre non fumeur mais elle sentait beaucoup la cigarette. L'abattant des toilettes était dégueulasse avec des traces partout. Le bureau avait des tâches visqueuses de sauce et les luminaires poussièreuses, des trous sur les draps etc ... L'hôtel semble très mal entretenu et les chambres mal nettoyées

Room ok, location good. The food was also OK. The restaurant was dirty and they played loud music. Tables more suited to bar or club so eating breakfast was not a nice experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they were quick to solve any issue I had. When i asked where to go or where good local food could be found they not only asked me what I wanted but offered several different options so I could pick. Everyday my room was properly cleaned and restocked, and my personal belongings were not disturbed. The cost for the stay was not expensive , and in line with the other hotels in the area. I have been to over 1000 different hotels in my life and this hotel rates in the top 5%, even better than some places that were rated at 5 plus stars. Thank you for a great stay. Whenever I am in the area, I will stay here. Thanks for the extra steps you took to ensure I had a great time and didn't have to worry about the hotel. Ron

숙박후기와 완전 다르다.

전반적인 후기평을 보고 투숙을 했는데 결론은 기대 이하 이었음. 회사 업무출장을 위해 하루밤을 지내기 위한것이라면 그런데로 무방하지만, 침구류의 눅눅함. 식사의 질은 추천하고 싶지 않음. 8층 바에서 시간을 보내기 좋다고 해서 기대했으나 사실과 완전 다름.

Basic hotel with nothing special.

Basic 1-star hotel. Do not reccomend for foreigners. The location is weird and uncomfortable. Staff are unfriendly. Breakfast is pretty terrible. Rooms are outdated. TV doesn’t work n that’s the norm. They do have a night-club and karaoke. But other hotels offers similar. There are about 2-3 other hotels around same place that’s much better.

호텔이 역 앞에 있습니다. 역 앞이라 건물 맞은편이 유흥 업소이며, 다른 편의 시설이 잘되어 있음. 가격대비 호텔 시설 1.5배를 줘도 아쉬움 없을 정도이며, 호텔 Sky lounge가 있어 밤에 맥주 한잔 먹는게 끝내 줩니다. 아침 조식은 조금 미흡한 수준임

居心地のよいホテルでした。

部屋はわりときれいで清潔、プールやジム、ルーフトップには見晴らしのよいカフェバーもあり、居心地がよかったです。また道路を挟んで向かい側にショッピングモールがあり、食事や買い物にも便利です。空港からホテルまでの無料送迎もあるのでとても助かりました。次回以降も必ずリピートすると思います。

駅ちかでキレイ　wi-fiのつながりがイマイチなのが残念

朝食はオススメするほどではない。食べる場所が8階なので景色はいいけど。 グーグルでホテル検索すると、バンドゥン駅の東に案内されるが、実際は西！なので 気を付けて。 部屋は値段の割にキレイで広く、過ごしやすかった。 プールもジムもあり、オススメかと。

内装が新しい

パスカルハイパースクウェアや駅からも近く、リッチ的には最高。内装も新しくて非常にいい。暇な時は、プールやトレーニング施設があるので、そこで体を動かしました。朝食ブッフェは種類がいっぱいあり、満足度が高いです。

Tricky to get in if driving.

If you’re driving then entry and exit into the hotel is a nightmare. Depending on the direction you’re coming from, you’ll have to do an illegal and dangerous u-turn just so you can do a left into a one-way road full of ignorant motorists driving at you. Then if after dark you’re coming in from the station side, you’ll have a bunch of hookers touting for a bit of business lol. The 7th floor room I stayed in occasionally only had cold running water and the staff ran around like headless chickens looking for another room for me to have a shower in, I even had to go down to a room on the 3rd floor to take a shower. Rooms were ok but the staff cleaning them occasionally left some areas dirty. Overall staff were actually very nice and respectful at all times, could have been down to the fact I was always complaining about the cold water lol. Price for stay worked out very cheap via Hotels.com. May stay there again if again, the price is right.

Hotel is not well maintained.

Housekeeping did not change the bedsheet and pillowcase. The pillow and bedsheet are smelly and my body start to itch due to the bedsheet being dirty. The cups and saucer are also dirty. The towels are also dirty.

Train station near by. 5 minute on your foot

Reasonable rate with nice and clean room. Top floor buffet breakfast was also nice Mixed of Indonesian and International DidNOT use this time but nice Pool and gym on 1st floor. I will stay again.

バンドン駅近くのホテル。バンドン駅の正面出口からでるとぐるっとまわるので、裏口からなら近いが道は悪い。すぐ近くにビールの看板を掲げた中国系の飲食店あり。ホテルの朝食は数はある。
