Pros: Nice and quiet location, for the most part it was clean, \*dirty towel found behind a door\* and it served it's purpose. Cons: No screens on the windows in master bedroom so when we arrived in the evening, gnats/flies were covering the ceiling, window and in the bathroom. BE CAREFUL ON THE RAMP!!!! All of us staying there slipped when wet, myself and husband both fell. PLEASE INSTALL GRIPS!! It was nice having 2 living rooms and rooms that were separated.
