This nice and pleasant 58 sq. m flat, located on the ground floor, is composed of : \- a nice terrace with barbecue, \- a charming living room, \- a bedroom with a double bed, \- a bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, \- a bathroom with shower, \- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher), \- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, \- TV, WiFi, \- a private parking lot, \- an access to the residency swimming pool (open from april to september), the tennis court and the bocce ball court. → Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo Please note the following additional charges: \- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€. \- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€. \## Neighborhood Located a few minutes to the center of Bandol, you will be at the best place to enjoy Provence sweetness while staying in a calm neighborhood, with all amenities just nearby.
