"I love having airport shuttle for free and even free scheduled transportation going to the city. The food is good. The only negative I can tell is there’s no electric outlet near the bed so it’s hard to charge the cell phone unless it’s far from you. The price per night for the room is very reasonable. "

Visiting the Sultanate during Ramadan was interesting and challenging and the Brunei managed to accommodate foreign tourists with great service and sensitivity. Best to hire your own car if you are here or ensure you have the dart app. Lots of places to go and eat in centre which I’d recommend. Pool was closed! "

Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night. Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water. Lacking “do not disturb” door sign. Loud sounds from water pipes. Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate. Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only. Stray dogs wandering around."
