Rowan Court Annexe has recently been renovated to a high standard to create a warm, stylish and comfortable place to stay. A comfy bed, contemporary decor with a large shower room, it's an ideal base to explore the stunning Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Oxford is a 30 minute drive away as is Stratford Upon Avon. The Annexe is fully self contained with all mod cons, has its own free allocated parking space on the owners private spacious driveway. There are french doors which open out onto a small enclosed patio area , with table and chairs. The village of Bloxham boasts 3 pubs serving good traditional food, a Fish and Chip shop, a Co Op as well as various other amenities. Lovely countryside walks on your doorstep. However, there is no garden and the 4 foot deep strip of paving is surrounded by a high fence. There is no view from any window in the property, other than the sky. I asked them to take down the pictures of the garden, which they did, but the remaining picture of the outside space is a misrepresentation.
