If you're traveling by car, you'll be pleased with the easy accessibility from the freeway and your private parking space in the courtyard. The modern elevator takes your luggage up to the 3rd floor, and you only have to walk to the last floor. The space High above the rooftops of Bamberg, a spacious, cozy, newly renovated apartment awaits you that leaves nothing to be desired! On around 115 square meters you have your peace and quiet - and plenty of space: Entrance area and hallway When you arrive at your temporary home with your companions, you'll be greeted by plenty of space. Why don't you put it down and arrive first? Discover the art on the walls or pay a first visit to the "little bathroom". Cozy living room The living room not only has comfortable furniture and a 55" TV - you can also see into the distance from here without any technical aids! The perspective over the "seven hills" of the "Franconian Rome" is breathtaking and often staged by a spectacular evening sky! The couch invites you to lounge and relax, but can optionally be converted for tired warriors. To ensure that it is not only quiet at night, but also dark, the living room and all other rooms can be darkened with electric blinds. Of course, a modern 55" TV with all the bells and whistles is also waiting for you and a small but fine Onkyo system with Bluetooth connection provides music to suit your mood! Bedroom 1 You can reach the first bedroom from the living room - a super-comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm awaits you here. Of course, this room can also be completely darkened. Facing east towards a residential street with hardly any traffic, you will have peace and quiet - and a wonderful view as far as the Giechburg and the Franconian Jura. Do you need a quiet place to work? We also have a small desk in the bedroom for those who are not (only) on vacation with us. Bedroom 2 Accessible from the hallway, you will find the second bedroom - with the same great view to the east, just as quiet and can also be completely darkened. In addition to the 140 x 200 cm queen-size bed, a 120 x 190 cm sofa bed awaits tired guests and the small seating area is a great place to retreat to. Not only does the bathroom have comfortable, brand-new and luxurious fittings with a shower and bathtub, it also has plenty of space. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlen allenfalls Kleinigkeiten. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über einen kleinen Willkommengruß in der Küche mit Tee, Kaffee und kleinen Naschereien.Für uns wäre eine ausgedruckte Gästeinfo mit Informationen zur Ferienwohnung sehr hilfreich gewesen, um schnell einen ersten Überblick zu erhalten. Auch deshalb, weil keine persönliche Übergabe erfolgte.Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, Rewe und Aldi sowie ein Bäcker sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Herrn Tölzel, ist mehr als hervorragend, er hat unsere Anfragen in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Minuten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend beantwortet, auch wenn eine Anfrage am Sonntagabend erfolgte. So gut haben wir das noch nicht erlebt. Man merkt , dass Herrn Tölzel stets am Wohlergehen der Gäste gelegen ist. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist nicht optimal. Der Fußweg beträgt knapp 30 Minuten. Hier empfehlen wir die Fahrt mit dem Bus (15 Min. Takt) bis ZOB.Zur Frage der Preisgestaltung für die Wohnung muss sich jeder selbst Gedanken machen. Hier bin ich zuwenig mit dem Wohnungsmarkt in Bamberg vertraut.Als Lokale empfehlen wir das Luitpold und Himalaya Indian Food, welches um die Ecke liegt. Ein sehr guter Inder mit herzlichen Gastgebern!Ansonsten hat uns das Gärtner- und Häckermuseum sehr gut gefallen.Wir würden die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! ##### Ralf J. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dafür sehr ruhig und zu Fuß (Unterführung am Bahnhof) ist die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, unkompliziert und Antworten kamen sehr schnell.
