Whether you're a medical professional, visiting nurse, or student, this fully furnished and luxurious studio apartment is the perfect home away from home. Simply bring your clothes and settle in - everything else is provided for you.  
  
This exquisite studio apartment is located in a beautifully restored historic building in the heart of Mount Vernon, Baltimore. The building boasts majestic tall ceilings and classic architectural features that have been thoughtfully renovated to provide a modern living experience. For added peace of mind, there is a main entry security door that ensures your safety and privacy.  
  
All utilities are included in your rent, including electric, air-conditioning, heat, water, smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi. Linens, towels, and sheets are also provided, so all you need to do is pack your clothes and move in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and flatware you'll need, as well as a Kuerig coffee maker.  
  
For those who need parking, garage parking is available just half a block away for a daily or monthly fee. If you opt for garage parking, we'll coordinate and have your pass waiting for you upon arrival. Street parking is also available.  
  
Long and short term leases are available. This building is also pet friendly!

As a resident, you'll have access to the building's recreational room, complete with a big screen TV, comfortable living area, billiards table as well as a large gated yard.  
Other things to note
