Pros: How close it was to BWI
I was in the area for business. Upon my arrival the front desk staff, although in training, did a great job. All staff members that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room layout was perfect and the overall cleanliness of the room was great

Great hotel, close to airport with a shuttle.

Pros: Shuttle, convenience to airport, nice rooms and comfortable beds, as well as nice staff.
Cons: not really
Location: Great location close to airport!
Short stay the day before and after we returned from a visit in England. The hotel was very convenient to airport. They actually took us in the shuttle to a restaurant and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful! The place was nice and breakfast good!

Nice Hotel

Pros: With a family of five, I liked that there was a single room option for us. This is something that most other hotels don't really have.
Cons: Complimentary coffee was weak.
Location: Close to the airport, restaurants, bike trails and downtown Baltimore.
We stayed at this hotel to do some biking on nearby rail trails. The hotel is convenient to the trails, the airport and close to Baltimore. The accommodations were great for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and they have a pool, and a nice free breakfast spread. If you're traveling and flying thru BWI, it is conveniently located.

Weekend trip

The lobby restroom was clogged and the bathroom was disgusting. When I told the employee,he said maintenance was called. The bathroom should have been CLOSED to the public.

There are a variety of restaurant options nearby, & food delivery. Close & fast shuttle to/from airport with friendly drivers who keep it safe. Great complimentry breakfast with a variety of options staffed by friendly folks who keep it clean. One comment to all hotels and restaurant managers... please offer almond milk so that health conscious, lactose intolerant, and or vegan dieters can enjoy cereal, tea, coffee, etcetera! Loved the room layout & decor. The dates I stayed were reasonably priced. Some future travel dates show prices in the higher range amongst competitors.

Call 1st before taking Serv Animal

When I booked through a third party, there was a place to write any requests. I travel with a service animal who just now happens to waiting for spinal surgery so she can walk, and I requested a room on the first floor. They never got the message, and I had to deal with the stupid ADA question, "We have a no pet policy, what does your dog do to help you?". You know what? I've had enough of being asked if my service dog is a service dog. I'm not fond of letting the world know I had a disability, and that's why I FILLED IN THE REQUEST BOX SO THAT I CAN AVOID HUMILIATION. No such luck.

Pool inconvenience

A worker decided to treat the pool in the middle of the day. It was very inconvenient. After waiting an hour, the chemicals were too strong and the children were coughing bad. I had to give my son a treatment on his nebulizer. The pool should be treated over night, while the pool is closed. That way guest can really enjoy themselves and not have to get out. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Was not what was advertised. Left r=early and was charged for all week don't expect for me to return!
