Not worth the price.

Quality was much lower than expectations. Room was dated, door handle was broken (became locked inside room) and when I requested a late check out (due to no hot water in the room) I was told no.

Hotel correct mais pas pour le prix exigé.

Pros: La simplicité de l'accès et ensuite très près du port pour notre croisière de Baltimore. Il y a plusieurs resto tout près.
Cons: L'hotel a été rénové toutefois certaines partie non.
A l'accueil la personne ne connaissait pas la répartition des chambres, elle a du monter à l'étage pour valider que la chambre était à côté de l'ascenseur. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre afin de ne pas avoir le bruit de l'ascenseur mais il y avait un frais que nous avons refusé. L'insonorisation était finalement adéquate alors nous avons conserver notre chambre. Il y a eu une charge additionnelle de 112$US une fois notre départ.

Booked this motel to be close to BWI for a Monday morning flight. Very nice motel and offers a breakfast early morning.

Spring Break

Pros: The breakfast was great and also the staff.
Cons: Hours of the pool
Location: There is Arundle Mills only 10 min away
I went during my children's Spring Break. We were supposed to stay for two nights,but we were disappointed to find out that the pool's hours were from 5p - 10p. That meant that the next day they would not be able to swim all day. That is something that should be put in the description because we would never had stayed there. My family had reserved 3 rooms and all the kids were disappointed.

On behalf of the entire hotel team, we apologize for the issues you encountered with the pool. We admit our pool hours do differ from a lot of other areas throughout the country, as we are required to have a lifeguard on duty anytime the pool is open, per county regulations. We try our best to accomodate our guests, but this is a law in this county. We do, however, extend our pool hours during the weekends-the pool opens at 10 AM. We try our best to put these hours anywhere we can, but unfortunately, these can still be overlooked. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Sincerely, Leon Chittams General Manager

Not for my needs

I do not know if it is due to the construction of the Hotel or lack of soundproofing material but children running upstairs above us echoed very loudly, this running noise was ongoing during my two day stay luckily the running was never late at night. Heat & AC unit is located to close to the bed, it was two of us so I was the one near the somewhat noisy unit. The bathroom door was unable to be shut due to miss alignment. The bathroom sink drained very slow. The breakfast area was cramped and the food was borderline, The toaster barely worked. I skipped the free breakfast the 2nd day. It was an inexpensive Hotel so you get what you pay for... I will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Close to everything!

Pros: Very quiet. Not in the middle of a lot of traffic. Perfectly clean.
Cons: I honestly could not complain about anything.
Location: It seemed to be in the center of everything we wanted to do. Just 4-5 miles drive either way to get to all the attractions.
Very spacious and clean room. Very sweet staff! Had an awesome visit with my grandchildren! We loved the pool too. The lifeguard was an added bonus! Everything was perfect! Could not ask for anything more!

Not worth the money or hassel

The room was horribly hot. When we arrived the heat was on full blast and we had to attempt to cool the room down. With no luck because the system did not seem to work to well in cooling off. We opened the window BUT there was a large generator outside our window that ran often and was so loud and annoying we had to sleep with the window closed, resulting in my family sweating throughout the night. We wanted a hotel with a pool. However, there were so many unsupervised kids in the pool that my three boys could not even swim because they were crashed down on by older kids who were out of control. The lifeguard did NOTHING to stop it. We tried to do a quick swim Sunday morning before leaving BUT of course the pool was closed til 10am and check out was 11am. I will never stay at this location again when visiting Maryland.

New Year's Eve Check In, Happy Campers!!!

Pros: The room was something I had never seen before. This was my first time in a suite without the suite prices.
Check in was super easy! The property was clean and well lite when pulling up. Parking was easy. I was expecting for it to be a little loud because it’s by an airport. I was wrong, it was so quiet outside and inside. This was my first time in a suite without the suite prices. The room was spacious and could easily fit 6 people. We were celebrating New Year's Eve from out of town and our accommodations with this hotel were great. While I was super happy and just amazed by the room, my best friend screamed and discovered the toilet had brown water. I am in the Property Management field and new exactly what the problem was and had no need to call Maintenance. The water was brown because that meant the no one had used the room for a while and the water was just sitting. After a few flushes the water turned clear. The suite had a mini kitchen, living room area, office area, and of course the sleep area, it was huge. The kitchen area had a mini fridge, microwave and a sink. In the microwave they had handy plates and plastic utensils. There was also a coffee maker with their amazing line of coffee which was Artisan Coffee, make sure you try it! The fitness center had weights and cardio equipment. They have everything you need in the fitness center. There were towels, cups, and water. I would definitely recommend a stay here!!!
