The sheets and one of the Pillows in the first room were dirty. You could see that the top Covers were just pulled up over a bed that was slept in. The Blanket and Spread had burned out holes in different parts of them. The Toilet Seat had what looks like Urine Stains on it and on the floor in the affected area. One set of Towels had hair curled up in it and dirty spot. The Shower had hair on the side. I had to ask for a different room; the Attendant behaved as though it was an inconvenience. Then they give you a paper to sign but refused to give a copy of what you signed stating that it is against their policy if the customer was not paying them directly but through another agency like Expedia. I stayed there because it was extremely late and I was in a lot of pain and needed to rest. The bathtub/shower in the second room seem to be an abandoned Jacuzzi of sorts. Well, they need to invest in proper renovations and housekeeping.

I had a good experience there everything was great and I had no complaints with anything and the staff helped me out when I needed assistance with anything.
