We miss the ping pong table! The whole feeling of the 4th floor lounge has been changed. We stay at the center to visit friends and this was a great space for the teenagers to relax together and play some games. Staff is great, hotel is great, new lounge is a drag, especially when their is no pool.

Within walking distance to the light rail and right in the village of Mt. Washington with delightful unique restaurants. The property is clean and quiet with a minimal continental breakfast We were slightly disappointed that they had taken out the pool table and the ping-pong table in the game room, this was always a highlight for our visiting grandchildren. Very pleasant staff. You won't be disappointed!

Such a good weekend option!
I stayed here 2 weeks ago on a Saturday night and found it to be such a great location and quiet/comfortable room that I came back again.

A great option with easy access to Baltimore
An interesting option in Baltimore - Mt Washington has a nice little area with restaurants, the Baltimore Clay Works is super and the Light Rail station is very convenient. I'd stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. Each bath tub should be equipped with either a built in floor mat or an additional mat installed. We will be looking into this situation to ensure this is being maintained across all of our hotel rooms.

Great place to stay in north Baltimore
Friendly reception desk folks, comfy room (I was in the spectacular Octagon building). Only regret is that there are no food facilities (except for breakfast). I would have welcome even a vending machine for my late night arrival. Other than that, it was perfect.

The service was good and the room was okay. The bed was comfortable and loved the balcony but the tub was stained and absolutely filthy. We had to wear shower shoes in the shower just to bathe.

I will begin by saying that I stay at roughly 20 hotels a year because my son wrestles and we go to a lot of events. I have left a positive review once and never a negative review. The hotel room carpet was filthy, there is no pool table nor ping pong table nor what they may have considered to be a game room. I don't like being misled or taken advantage of. I was misled. My dad took my son and I wished it was me, before I got the bad feedback from my son and dad, staying there since it seemed so nice of a place based off of images online. I hope this helps someone from making a bad decision to stay there. Maybe my dad and son were the only ones that just happened to get a room with filthy carpet, run down setting, and the pool table was just removed the day before and the game room not there. I guess anything is possible.

Liked the Octagon and overall setting...loved the local town and restaurants. The location was great, kind of secluded but very close to the main areas. I want to be near things but on the fringes. This was excellent. Only thing I’d say that I noticed were a few stains on our carpet. But overall excellent .

Under construction, didn't know. Started working at 7 am. Friendly staff, ice machine on 3rd floor broke, had to go to the 4th floor. Good location 20 minute drive to Inner Harbor, Breakfast OK ,would stay again because of location and price.

Awesome, clean room, quiet hotel, close to everything, free parking, lovely & helpful staff, breakfast was even good (bagels, juice, hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, yogurt, cereal), and in-room Starbucks coffee....they even let us check out late at no charge, perfect stay folks, thank you!

Do not stay at the Mount Washington Conference Center. I was locked out of my room for more than 30 minutes due to a faculty lock. One staff person told me tgere has been a problem with the locks fir months but management will not fix the problem. The hotel is understaffed

Beautiful property owned by Johns Hopkins University specifically developed to support conferences. If you aren’t looking for many amenities but simple, clean room, pleasant staff, free parking in a quaint village area with good restaurants - this is your place. Very inexpensive!

Peaceful and pleasant stay
Property most appropriate for a solo person or business travel. Everything adequate and room clean and staff very friendly. Room could have been swiped before my stay; it appeared it hadn’t been used in a while but was clean. Breakfast is fine; just plan ahead for the situation as described in the other reviews. Same with other dining needs. This is a conference center first on an academic campus. Very peaceful and welcoming place to stay although I would not bring my family here. Find/visit the Octogon room! Very cool.Well worth the charged rate. Also saw deer the evening I arrived.

The rooms were particularly in terrific condition, and a little larger than many other hotels in this price range, with the entire hotel was meticulously clean. The are lovely views of the surrounding wooded hills, and many of the rooms have very usable balconies for relaxing. We visit the Mr. Pleasant area often, and were unaware of this alternative to better known chain hotels/motels, and were very happy to have discovered this value.

It’s very convenient if you need to attend meetings at Mcauley Hall as the buildings are attached. The hotel staff is friendly and they have free laundry facilities. Food options are lacking.
