The whole feeling of the 4th floor lounge has been changed. We stay at the center to visit friends and this was a great space for the teenagers to relax together and play some games. The property is clean and quiet with a minimal continental breakfast We were slightly disappointed that they had taken out the pool table and the ping-pong table in the game room, this was always a highlight for our visiting grandchildren. Very pleasant staff. I have left a positive review once and never a negative review. The hotel room carpet was filthy, there is no pool table nor ping pong table nor what they may have considered to be a game room. I don't like being misled or taken advantage of. I was misled. My dad took my son and I wished it was me, before I got the bad feedback from my son and dad, staying there since it seemed so nice of a place based off of images online. I hope this helps someone from making a bad decision to stay there. Maybe my dad and son were the only ones that just happened to get a room with filthy carpet, run down setting, and the pool table was just removed the day before and the game room not there.
