There were very minor issues that was outside of her reach however, my experience has always been good with her. Fire alarm went off.. nobodies fault.. had to take stairwell n there was doggy poop there. Latch was easy to use. The shower did not work n I did not contact the property manager about it because I was scarred they would blame me. It’s my first VRBO. Looking back I should have contacted her she was efficient n quick. There was a front desk manned only 1/2 the days I was there. Wish it was more security cuz people let other people in who did not have latch acess… but this property was great otherwise n I give it 4.5 out of 5!! Great job host!! ##### Tippy W. This is the worse experience we have so far using this app, that property is not Luxurious at All!! Yes it is a penthouse but just because it’s located in the top floor. The neighborhood is one part of Baltimore where you don’t want to stay for your own safety, this host accused me for being “racist” \*\* I have the message saved\*\* because I asked for a refund or at list consideration to cancel my trip and don’t lose my entire money\*\* money that we work hard every day it doesn’t fly from the sky … because on her mind there’s nothing to worry about but when you exit the building you find the SWAT unit and other things that I just don’t want to mention right now. This studio has a ring cámara in the entrance door too so you know there is not privacy at all. Nice… lady….you kept our money but not our happiness ! I would suggest to the host ( even though it states that amenities are minimally included) that basic items like toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, and lotions be made available in a quantity that is sufficient for your stay. Also, the tv didn’t work and that was an issue because we sat in the house in silence. Otherwise, nice unit; the location was close to everything.
