We stayed for a night. (Family of 4). Completely satisfied. Great attention, walkable distance from Inner Harbor. Around 25-30 minute walk to Oriole Park. Breakfast was good and the staff there very attentive. Would come back again.!!

Room was in rough shape - couch broken, carpets very dirty, room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly, but will stay someplace else next time.

Coordination with Expedia was poor. Reservation was not available when we arrived, although some compensaton was provided for inconvenience. Also, bigger room was provided. Room seemed clean, but furniture was old and had scuff marks.

This hotel is in a great location. However it needs a renovation. My room had peeling wall paper, a major leak under the kitchen sink, the furniture was tattered & stained, the metal door frames had rust, the kitchen cabinets had visible water damage & it smells musty. Won’t stay again.

This property was very outdated and needs remodeling. The furniture in the rooms were old and stained. Coffee supplies weren't restocked and it took at least 3 hours for my room to be ready after the 3 pm check in.

I hated that there was no parking available on property. Only valet was an option which was ok but having to wait for almost an hour just for someone else to get your car was highly annoying. Also when I first got there, the room they gave me was not cleaned or ready at all. Had to go back down to the lobby and request a new room. Other than those 2 things though, it was an ok hotel. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is near the Ravens stadium, great price. The only inconvenient was the breakfast options. On the pictures, it makes you think it includes more options and when you go to the dining area it is quite different

Its an average hotel. Room's carpet wasn't clean. Sofa was too old and looks dirty. Breakfast was good. Front desk people was very nice .

Overall great stay
Great stay overall! Staff were all very nice. The complimentary breakfast was wholesome. Only issue was that the kitchen’s stove was not working and there was no dish soap.

Convenient stay
We booked two nights and then added a third. They accommodated our needs and took good care of my daughter and me. The location was accessible to the stadium and other points of interest.

Old, dirty hotel, needs a LOT of work!
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room we had was awful. Light fixtures were literally falling off the wall, there were no remotes for the tv, the pull-out couch was disgusting, carpet was stained and dirty, hard floors hadn't been mopped ever, and every piece of wallpaper was peeling off the walls, throughout the entire room. Breakfast was average. Key cards rarely worked in the elevators. Front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping with any issues. The valet staff was wonderful but that's not enough to stay there ever again! Given the location in the Inner Harbor, this hotel could be a gold mine, if the rooms were better! Hilton needs to spend some money and repair/rehab this hotel!

We decided to book this as a family of four, so that our two kids could have their own bed and we would sleep in the foldout in the other room (kids are young). Unfortunately, the foldout was partially broken which led to an incredibly uncomfortable night of sleep. In addition, the fridge would make a rattling sound every 5-10 seconds. The toilet also had some issues that my wife was able to fix.

This suite had the bare minimum in it not pots and pans , no dish washing liquid no pot holders one glass a few dishes it was old and dated for what I paid i should get a refund . You have to bring your own everything when you come here to stay .

I had a nice one night stay I just didn’t like when it was day of check out house keeping kept knocking on the door only once and then just open my door and when I told staff they ain’t care for what I was saying because I was already checking out .

Perfect location, horrible service.
Stayed at this hotel with my Mother and sister for my mother's birthday weekend getaway. It is in a perfect location and was close to everything we wanted to do. That's the good. The bad is that check in was disorganized. The room had stains on the carpet and was in need of repair and just an upgrade. The biggest issue we had was a few hours after we checked in, they checked another family into our room. We were sitting having a conversation and heard someone trying to come in and they eventually came into our room. When we went to the lobby with the other family to fix it. There was no apology, just an excuse that this happens sometimes. After a couple of calls to management we were apologized too and compensated a little for the inconvenience.
