This is a beaten up, dirty and outdated hotel. Although location is prime, rooms are quite dusty and awful. The bath is almost falling apart. The sink was clogged and the mirror frame all rotten and broken. There was a rotten like odor from ice maker machine room. Staff at the bar/restaurant was not properly trained to be bar tending or serving. Beds are comfortable and to me this is a 2 start hotel. I’m very disappointed of the Hilton hotels chain but the Starbucks in the hotel was nice and staff more qualified than the hotel’s..that was quite strange…Hilton hotels, please update the rooms and restaurant…tired of seeing carpet all over…it’s quite a shame to pay so much for such mediocre service and hotel amenities. Also make the effort to hire more qualified hospitality staff. Pls note the hotel has limited disability showers so reserve your room in advance.

The first night was fine, however the second night there was a lady who was getting arrested who was a guest of a wedding party. There was an armed federal agent in the lobby and tells us this happens all weekend long. The hotel is not that old, but needs serious updating. Wallpaper peeling, ripped mattresses, clogged sinks etc. There are no hairdryers in the rooms. Had to request and it took them over an hour for staff to bring them up for the 2 rooms we had. No mugs for coffee or glasses for water. Basically nothing in the room that can be stolen. For a nice area of town, it’s not a good look for Hilton. At least the staff was nice and so was the Federal police agent. lol

We had a great view of the Katyn Memorial Park and hotel staff were very friendly; the room was in overall good condition with some minor wear and tear on commonly used commodities - desk had minor damage and area under the fridge was water damaged. Over all we had a great stay and enjoyed all the area had to offer.

Check-in is a bit confusing, since the counter is shared with another hotel. I got in the wrong line and had to go back to the end of the correct line. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, although we had no clock except the microwave, which was way off.

Housekeeper entered the room while we were out and we didn’t request housekeeping. Took the used towels, which required requesting more from the front desk. Ice maker didn’t work on our floor or the floor below; had to try a few floors to find a working machine. Shower left a puddle on the floor every use, no matter what. Bed linens were ripped.

The property was just ok, a lot of outdated spaces and customer service was horrible. The staff was not warm & inviting at all. Anytime you corresponded with anyone, it was like you were bothering them, they kept everything short and even hung up the phone quickly before the conversation was over. In contrast, the valet guys were great & helpful but to have booked with a Hilton brand hotel, it was very off putting!

The room we stayed in was very outdated. The room had key pods, but no Keurig. We asked for a coffee maker three times in a course of a day and a half and finally we got a coffee maker which was not compatible with Keurig. So we asked for coffee for coffee maker they brought that took our the door knob, fell off of the bathroom and you can see it was replaced numerous times when we called for valet service they brought the wrong car.

The hotel is in a very noisy area. Whole hotel has the odor of marijuana. Hotel is extremely loud with partying at all hours

The aquarium was walking distance as were various restaurants. The hotel seemed to have a linen issue at check in and a lot of rooms were not ready for check in for more than 3 hours. I was unable to check in until almost 6pm when check in was at 3pm. My room was not cleaned the next day and I was unable to get clean towels or a clean comforter due to my partner spilling coffee on ours. Also I had to ask for a hair dryer as one was not present in our room. Otherwise the area is perfect. I would stay again, but would call ahead to make sure there are no linen shortages.

I got to the hotel around 2;40 no clean rooms I was told I waited for a whole hour for my room. When I had somewhere to be at 4:00i got to My room around 4:00 The front desk man was very helpful.But then I called for some towels the next morning.one never came .

Got to the hotel and all of the staff we interacted with were very nice. Became a little frustrated when our room wasn’t ready until almost an hour after check in time. The hotel could use some cosmetic updates(peeling wallpaper, stains on carpet, etc.) was also disappointment to find that the pool closes at 3:30p.m.

No parking. Had to pay an additional 80 to park for 2 days. The hotel advertised that they had a pool but did not. The pool that was available for users belonged to the gym that was in the same building.

This is basically a rat hole. My wife had to tether off her cell phone to access wifi in order to work. We were told a lot of people are on it this time of the day. That's a silly amswer for a hotel. The receptionists try to be nice but they are in a losing battle of issues they can't fix. This all leads down to bad and irresponsibility management.

Horrible staff, rude, ill mannered, out right desp
The worst hotel experience ever, any where in the world. Horrible staff, rude, ill mannered, out right despicable. I left and will never return. I was verbally abused for up to 10 mins by 2 staff members. The abuse started with the Valet Parking staff who was insulting me for parking where another staff asked me to park earlier during check in. I was called all sort of names, most of the abuse took place at the front desk, where the staff refused to check me out when I decided not to stay at the hotel, she said she did not know how to do it and walked away. I had been up since 3am as my wife had surgery to remove a tumor in her brain at John Hopkins. All this took place close to midnight.

Can I get into my room?
My room card never worked for the elevator or my room. Every time I walked out of the hotel I had to have my room key reactivated. On the last occasion I was asked for my ID. I will never stay here again!

This hotel is perfectly located in walkable upscale Harbor East. The hotel itself is fine- however, the service is poor. We asked for housekeeping service and extra pillows (the bedding is subpar) twice and never received it. We also had difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi and called the front desk and they seemed inconvenienced by us.

I had to stay in the lobby for 40 minutes because the door digital key card was not working. Also, I found that there was a bunch of hairs in the shower room. Overall, the location is very good but I'm not satisfied with the cleaning.

The elevator was down for half a day of my stay. I was on the 8th floor, my family was booked on the 10th floor. It was not possible for some of my family to climb the stairs to our hotel room during this time. Disappointing stay. Staff was nice though.
