Perfect hotel if you are attending a meeting at the convention center, which is just across the street. Not as nice as high-end hotels but it's half the cost. I wouldn't stay here with my wife but will definitely return myself. Old rugs and low-end furniture remind you that it's a Days Inn, but the staff is excellent, and parking is easy.
Great customer service. friendly staff. easy in and out parking. close to Inner Harbor.

Clean facilities, nice on outside but needs updating on the inside. Carpet had big stains in room. Also, not handicap accessible to enter. 5 steps to enter lobby.
Great location, close to the Inner Harbor. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is old, worn down, and needs updated badly. You get what you pay for, and all I needed was a bed to get a good nights sleep and it was good for that.
Not bad at all. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Only reason I didn't give it an across the board 5star rating was the chincy breakfast. That's my only complaint. There was food yea, but cereal, apples, bagels and granola... My only complaint
When I booked the hotel you didn’t tell me that the coffee shop and restaurant were closed. A full breakfast was supposed to be included in the price. Now they are only offering what they describe as grab and go breakfast items. Someone should give me a discount. This is false advertising.

We booked a room with a QUEEN bed. It was clearly a double and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. But I guess for the $ it is what it is. Staff were nice though.

The receptionist was awesome and very pleasant, the room was nasty turned back the cover and sheet had big brown stain on it ,turned my stomach who would leave a sheet like that on a bed for a customer to see called front desk for clean bedding took 1/2 hour and had to call again to get the sheets she did apologize. I will never stay here again.

LOVED THE LOCATION ! Very close to events centers. Hotel breakfast was very subpar, but Dunkin’ Donuts is a block or so away. Hotel needs a little TLC. Room was very Clean. Not a bad stay. Just needs some fixing.

The room was not as clean as I would expect. There were food crumbs on a chair near the bed, a leaf in the bedsheets, and the tile in the bathroom was stained. The bench was also stained and the desk was not clean. I stayed for an event at the CFG arena. So that was conveniently close by. However, my daughter would not even shower there.
The staff was super nice at the front desk.

Hotel charges $1.00 for the safe in the room, whether you use it or not. This is in addition to the "all inclusive" price Expedia shows and is paid at the property. Even the front desk person said it was a scam and an easy way to make a couple hundred dollars without effort.

However, it does seem that we failed to meet your expectations. We apologize for this issue.
Room was not well cleaned. There was old gum stuck on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the shower wall. There was nothing left at the grab & go breakfast station at 8am. The counter staff were very nice for both check-in and check-out.

Property very convenient to Convention center lots of restaurants within walking distance. After booking received email pool closed, restaurant closed. Breakfast was not good. Front desk staff very nice and helpful
