### Balmoral Mansion with Pool. Located near Balmoral Beach. Sauna, Jacuzzi and Gym

Located near Balmoral Beach is a 3 storey luxury mansion in Sydney for rent. With 5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, full gym with a classic Swedish sauna, Jacuzzi, a large spectacular swimming pool.  
  
2 barbecues, 3 living areas.  
The space  
Spanning three levels the house is private and exceptionally comfortable. Upstairs is the large master bedroom/parents retreat with floor to ceiling glass and views across the harbour which can also be enjoyed from the glass balcony area off the main bedroom. The master bedroom also includes a king size bed, spacious walk in robe and marble ensuite.  
  
The middle floor of the mansion comprises an entrance and travertine tiles throughout, a formal dining area with bifold doors opening onto the grassed courtyard and sandstone wall water feature. Views of the harbour can be enjoyed from every dining area in the house, outside and inside. A formal living area with beautiful art, lounges and a large antique coffee table, and of course sweeping harbour views.  
  
The middle floor also comprises an informal living area with television, a capacious fully equipped modern kitchen with bench seating, an informal dining area that seats eight and an outdoor seating area. There’s another large outdoor seating area for 8 off the formal lounge.  
  
Downstairs is a large rumpus/informal space with lounges, a separate small kitchen downstairs leading to the pool and outside area for easy entertaining.  
  
On this floor is also four large bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bedding configuration on this level is four bedrooms with 3x queen size beds and one king size bed. In addition, a comfortable queen size sofa bed sits in the rumpus area. Quality linen is used in every room. There is air conditioning throughout the luxury mansion plus 2 cars can be parked in the garage.
