1 Bedroom – Sleeps 2\. A beautifully presented traditional cottage located close to beaches and golf in Ballyconneely. Located in a quiet countryside area, it is ideally suited to couples seeking a relaxing stay, while still being surrounded by the breath-taking beauty of the region. The white sandy beach at Bunowen Bay is just 1km away, and the beaches at Aillebrack are just 1.5km. Connemara Championship Golf Club and local pony trekking is less than 2km away. Enjoy leisurely walks and cycles nearby, with some fantastic scenery around every corner. Visit the Derrigimlagh walking trail which offers a 5km loop walk through the history and heritage of the Marconi wireless station and the Alcock and Brown landing site. There are numerous driving routes to explore in the region, including the well-known Roundstone Bog Road, the Sky Road, and the Wild Atlantic Way. Sea fishing is available locally and Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away. Ballyconneely village is just 3.5km away and offers two shops, a bar and restaurant, café, community hall, children's playground, and community park. The village will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include kayaking and paddleboarding, sea angling, lake and river fishing, walking trails, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more. This is an ideal location for exploring all that the Connemara region has to offer.

1 Bedroom – Sleeps 2\. The accommodation in this holiday property is all on one level and consists of an open plan kitchen and living room, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with icebox, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs. The living room includes comfortable furniture, multi-channel TV, and open fire. The sofa converts to a sofa bed, ideal for occasional additional guests. Starter fuel is provided for the fire. The sofa bed in the living room area can sleep two additional guests if required.  
The bedroom offers a king size bed, views to the front of the property, and ample storage for all your clothing and belongings. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom includes WC, sink and electric shower. Timber floors throughout the property.  
The property is electrically heated throughout. Immersion water heater. Linen and towels are included. Electricity is included. Wi-Fi is available. Short breaks are available all year round. Pets by request only. The property is best suited to individuals or couples. No baby equipment available. Outdoor furniture is provided. Parking available for up to 2 cars.  
A security deposit of €150 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
