"The Walsh's home is a perfect haven. Everything was exactly as noted with beautiful details to all the remodeling done. The location is on a relatively quiet road that is about 2 miles from end to end and makes a perfect walk in the AM or PM. You may have a few sheep or others who demand a photo or two. Short distance to Cong and Ballinrobe, Oughterard, and Maam area are lovely to explore. Michael stays in contact as needed as well as gives you space to explore. I will return, hopefully!"

"Àine and her family were amazing and so welcoming! She was quick to help us out with tips about the town, and where to get some much needed take-away after a long day of travel. "We loved it! The host was so nice. Our room was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and really pretty. In our room there was a private bathroom. The view from our room was also breathtaking! Breakfast was good and there were many options. We didn't have a car but it was okay. Tom the taxi driver was very helpful and drove us to Oughterard and back where we could hop on a bus! If you don't have a car please plan your trip carefully. This guesthouse was definitely worth visiting! We recommend it....
