The cottage has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 Double/twin) with 1 bathroom and a delightful open plan kitchen/sitting room. The open plan reception room has cosy log burner and the sitting room area has a Freeview TV with DVD player. The cottage also has WiFi. The Kitchen is well equipped with: •electric oven and hob •fridge •freezer •kettle •microwave •dishwasher Heating is provided throughout the property and there is an adjacent drying room with washing facilities if required. All linen, towels are provided along with a supply of logs. Beautiful, tranquil spot to get away from city life. Estate was a gorgeous example of Scottish Nature yet close enough to be able to walk into town. The cottage was the perfect size for 4, and the internet worked fantastic. The only draw back was the weak signal for tv; we could only get 1 channel in with any regularity. But this isn't the type of place you would sit and just watch tv anyways so we didn't care. Enjoyed being wakened by the wildlife rather than planes. Not sure if the cottage is haunted but was wakened at 3am on the first night by creaking stairs. Anyway didn’t detract from our stay. Cottage is in need of upgrading e.g. ancient shower and paintwork in need of attention. That may concern some people but did not detract at all from our stay. Overall would recommend a stay here for a few nights if you like activities in spectacular countryside and some peace and quiet. ##### Neil A.
