"First impressions of the hotel was lovely, and the room was nice and comfortable. But after a while you can see that it just needs a little tlc - lick of paid on the window sils, signed on the buildings were not complete, the loft didnt work and the disabled toilet near reception was out of order. The swiming pool is good, but again needs a refresh. £312 for 2 nights inc breakfast is a little pricey i feel, just needs to be updated a little... "

"This is a superb place to stay when in Pitlochry, to be recommended without hesitation. Accommodation is perfect, warm and comfortable. All the food is really top quality (there are other places to eat nearby but we opted mainly to use the hotel restaurant for dinner each night). But above all the staff, without exception, were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient throughout, they made an excellent stay truly memorable. "
