Boasting a spa bath, 2 Bedroom Self Contained Apartment With Spa is situated in Ballarat. The air-conditioned accommodation is 300 metres from Ballarat Train Station, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Her Majesty's Ballarat.
The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (queen and two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV and DVD player is offered.
Interaction is available to our owners directly by mobile. The owner lives within 500m of the property and will be offsite the majority of the time.
The property is located on the historic Lydiard street, amongst period homes and a short stroll to the Main Street. The Ballarat station apartments are approximately a 1 minute walk from the train station making it a great stop over stay for travellers.

This 2-bedroom apartment features a queen sized bed in 1 room and 2 single-sized beds in another. The apartment also has a large corner spa bath and a separate bathroom as well as a fully self contained kitchen and dining/living area with a sofa bed. Free WiFi and a flat-screen TV are provided also. All linen is supplied. The room is serviced mid week for guests who stay more than 7 days. Please note that this property does not have an elevator/lift. This room is accessible via steep stairs only.
