Filled with colour, pattern and art, Pattern House Ballarat features designer, Nicola Cerini's signature interior style while offering tranquil, centrally located accommodation a two minute drive to Sovereign Hill and super close to the Ballarat Wildlife Park and the centre of town.
Overlooking Lake Esmond and surrounding Botanic Park, you'll wind down in a stylish family friendly home away from home.
The space
The Pattern House is a modern town house, beautifully designed and situated in a quiet, off-street location with parking for two cars.
The downstairs open plan living space comprises a beautifully comfortable lounge/kitchen/dining area with all the facilities you'll need including an adjoining laundry/powder room.
Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with ensuite, walk-in-robe and adjacent study. Two other bedrooms share use of the main bathroom (including bath) and a separate toilet.
We offer Wi-Fi, a smart TV, piano, a courtyard garden and rear patio with an outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. Through a concealed back gate, you'll find easy access to the lake for a morning walk. This will be a godsend for parents with children needing to burn energy at the wonderful nearby playground within the park, literally 2 minutes walk away!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star Accommodation! We had a wonderful stay at the “pattern house” surrounded by gorgeous decor, art and design. Nicola Cerinis work featured throughout is stylish and contemporary. We enjoyed the modern utilities and quality linens, everything we needed was provided. The surrounding garden was gorgeous, the goldfields location was fantastically central and the park view and proximity to the lake parklands was great too. We loved the place and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you
