Overlooking Lake Esmond and surrounding Botanic Park, you'll wind down in a stylish family friendly home away from home. The space The Pattern House is a modern town house, beautifully designed and situated in a quiet, off-street location with parking for two cars. The downstairs open plan living space comprises a beautifully comfortable lounge/kitchen/dining area with all the facilities you'll need including an adjoining laundry/powder room. Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with ensuite, walk-in-robe and adjacent study. Two other bedrooms share use of the main bathroom (including bath) and a separate toilet.
