The Space:
This beautifully designed home is a spacious, light-filled retreat perfect for families, groups or couples wanting to relax in comfort and style. Architecturally designed with a focus on space, functionality and flow, the home features soaring peaked ceilings, stunning timber floors and modern finishes throughout.
There are 4 well-appointed bedrooms, including 3 with queen beds and a 4th with a double bed. The master bedroom offers privacy and convenience with its own ensuite bathroom, while the main bathroom is centrally located and features a full-sized bathtub and shower.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home. Bathed in natural light, this expansive space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances and everything you need for home cooking—including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher and more. A generous island bench doubles as a breakfast bar, ideal for casual meals or enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. The adjoining living area has a large couch and a smart TV. Families will love the separate kids' living room which is a dedicated play space with games, toys, books and its own TV.
Outside, you can enjoy use of a deck area with outdoor furniture, BBQ plus large backyard. Kids of all ages will also love the above ground trampoline and basketball ring.

Fabulous property, thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay. Large modern house, stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and supplied with everything we needed. Beds are comfy, heating effective and the views serene - including kangaroos. Generous seating in both lounges, plenty of throw blankets and cushions for a cosy family movie night. We also appreciated the luxury of the massive showerheads! Quiet court location, only a 5 min drive into town, or to Sovereign Hill. Great communication from the owner. Will definitely stay again if ever in Ballarat.
