No phone numbers for host in an emergency, No heating in either bathrooms. Set of drawers in main bedroom very unstable. Beds and electric blankets were good. Oven was extremely dirty. Heating in lounge kitchen is adequate. it took 5 hours to heat up as it was 8 degrees in Ballarat. On site parking has broken concrete which is uneven Toaster so small that it will not hold a full slice of bread. This could be a lovely place to stay if these things are remedied, ##### Sue B.
