Luxury Apartment between Como Lake and Valsassina

This apartment is located in Ballabio, in the heart of the Valsassina valley, just 10 minutes from Lake Como and an hour's drive from Milan. It occupies the top two floors of a historic house, in a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
On the lower floor, the apartment includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, TV, a large sofa, and an additional corner sofa bed, as well as a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a small guest bathroom with just a toilet and sink. On the upper attic floor, there are two bedrooms, a large new bathroom with a shower, and an open area with a workspace. Essential kitchen supplies, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are provided.
There is ample free parking available on the street near the apartment.
Please note that the entrance to the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, and there are internal stairs. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
