« it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart. »

« Un petit-déjeuner différent à chaque jour et de la variété. Bon emplacement. Le personbel parle un peu l'anglais et les chambres sont propres. Toutefois, le gymnase et la salle de déshabillage sont sales et rien ne fonctionne! Vraiment sale en plus et pas de savon dans les contenants ou il y a les douches. La serviette qu'on m'a donne était très tachée. Il n'y avait pas de clé pour ouvrir les casiers et aucun personnel. »

« Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request.
