Staff was really went over and beyond here. I was sick and they offered to go to the pharmacy for me and get the medication I needed. I’m very touched and highly recommend this place.

Central location. Building was a bit old. AC unit is as leaking at times/not really working properly. Ants were around the room but maybe this is a Bali thing.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The safe kept going flat and not being able to collect unless carrying the safe to reception. The safe isn’t secured. There was ants everywhere and weirdly there was worms in bathroom. They forgot to give me towels and toilet paper which was annoying and not professional. Also they used the same sheets and just kept turning them around. I definitely will not be coming here again.

Arrived to dirty hotel..shown to pool view room with no window..so no view..coffee tables in reception covered in animal hair..moved to another room past dirty swimming pool..only to find building work in progress..Management promised Full Refund but Hotels.com have only supplied Partial Refund..terrible service
