"Always try and have at least one day."
Dynasty is fantastic, the pool, rooms, gardens, service and most of all the staff. love relaxing around the pool in the sun and around the pool bar for happy hour, volleyball and generally the atmosphere. this is a great hotel for families and couples alike. I try to stay here for my last day at least when I come to bali as it is always an enjoyable and relaxing day, and their breakfast is awesome.

"Candi Beach Resort and Spa"
My wife and I stayed here for 8 days from 30th June 2015. The resort style hotel is located in a large parkland style location with a very attractive white sand beach. There was building work being carried out and one of the two pools was unavailable but this was no problem. The Balinese cottage style room was adequately spacious, clean and very comfortable with a lovely king size bed and a pleasant bathroom. The available infinity swimming pool and children's pools near the beach were great and there were plenty of sun loungers and towels. The restaurant served an included Asian/International style buffet breakfast , all day snacks and light meals and cocktails, and a generally Balinese/Indonesian oriented a la carte menu in the evening with a few standard International style dishes. Food and service was of a high standard and service was friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a regular shuttle to Candi Dasa for free (about 2km) and drivers were readily available if necessary for this journey (about 60,000IDR) for a ride to Candi Dasa and a pickup to return. The massage available from the hotel spa was of a good standard but obviously it came at premium prices being based in the hotel. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, friendly enthusiastic staff.

"Beautiful hotel and gardens with ocean views."
This hotel is very nice. Staff were most friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We were a little disappointed that local people are allowed onto the beach, trying to sell things to sunbathers when it is promoted as a private beach. However, the sales people were relatively quiet. Wonderful views of ocean and walkway along the beach front allows guests to walk past the gardens of other major luxury hotels along the beach, which is lovely. One problem for us is that families with young children seem to dominate almost every space. More adult only areas would be an improvement, including restaurants as these tended to be very noisy with some badly behaved children running up and down uncontrolled. Children should not be allowed in the bar area, for example, or maybe one of the bars could be set aside for adults who want a quiet and romantic experience. We used the fitness centre, which was extremely clean and well looked after. Lovely tennis court and spa treatment area. Especially the 25 metre lap pool near the spa, which was an enforced quiet area not allowing children under 12. The hotel gives cash discount vouchers which can be used at any restaurant or bar, which was great.

"Nice hotel but needs updating "
Nice hotel but needs updating and your database needs updating for returning clients. this was our second trip to Sol Beach and once we got there we were informed we could of got a free pickup. Good one- not such a great look or impression for returning guests. We were upgraded to the pool room however we had asked and emailed for our same room or a room by the markets on the other side as these are quieter. We asked to be moved several times but it wasn't until I was pushed to yelling point that we were moved. We are a family and the "dinner shows" are very loud. The room we moved to was disappointing the bath was extremely mouldy and the toilet kept blocking. When I thanked them for moving us they said "we are at high occupancy so that is why it is loud" how are we suppose to know if a hotel is at high occupancy? Also they are upgrading the rooms and asked my parents who were staying in their new room to vacate it for 2 hours. They were willing to do this but for thanks got a fruit bowl and a standard flower set up - since it was our second time here it was a bit of a poor effort. Overall it is a nice hotel but with the upgrade being less balianese (looks more european) then we may go somewhere else.
