It is quite a nice place but looks tired, The room we had was right next to entry walkway and was very noise every night when people came back into the complex. This is not the hotels problem that people are so rude and don't care about other people who are trying to sleep. I also found that the streets are very narrow around this area and it is har to walk around and look at shops.

Property bit run down they doing constant work to maintain it, pool was being rejuvenated when we were there so there was no pool. There website wasn’t very clear about there being no pool. They did let us use an alternate pool about 10 minutes walk down the road which was ok but a little annoying. We’ve stayed here before so the rooms are quite good and spacious.

Everything was okay except the internet, The Wi-Fi in my room was not working most of the time I informed the front desk twice as they fixed it but they didn't how my few are really need of internet you better make sure it works in your room.

The hotel is under HEAVY construction. The staff are fantastic but when you wake up to drilling just above your head every morning it’s a little rediculous. They should not be renting out these room. You wake up to an earthquake everyday

The staff were helpful. What wasn’t helpful was my Studio Apartment was one of a number that face the Pool. From 7-00am til late music booms from breakfast bar/ restaurant. On my last morning I was looking to a lie in but no, at 7am loud atonal synthesised temple music blared forth with bass vibrations to my room. If that wasn’t bad enough I had to ring reception to ask to turn the loud music off at 10-15pm. There was no one in the restaurant. I’d recommend people not to stay in these Studio Apartments. You get a King bed, a 2 seater lounge and 2 Poofs and a low coffee table. There is no cutlery or dishes available. There is tea making facilities but no coffee. A small round table with two chairs would mean customers could enjoy a snack or a take away meal. These rooms are very basic. Considering I paid approx $100 pn it wasn’t good value. My other concerns were that the shower has no front screen so water floods the floor and makes for slippery tiles. Get up in the night for a pee and go back to bed with wet feet. Also the sliding doors of the apartment didn’t close properly-insects found an easy opening. Also thehotel needs to put shade cover around the pool. It was stinking hot there last week and once you came out of the water there’s no cooler spot to sit. Overall the hotel is run down and hopefully some repair work will be done soon. If I had to stay there again I’d want a room at the back of the property away from the restaurant.

My 4 yr old loves the kids water play area. The hotel is rundown, pool has no steps if your older and tiles falling off. Room only cleaned twice out of 6 nights only after I asked them too. Disappointed stay, but the 4 yr old loves the kids area. I will not stay here again.

This Hotel is in a superb location with all the facilities very close by. I sat on my balcony and relaxed, I swam in the pool and mingled with other travellers, I walked to all the shops and when I didnt want to walk I got on a scooter right out the front of the Hotel. The location of this place is great but the property is dated. It’s good for families on a budget. Pool is good for kids but busy and noisy. Staff were great but the house boys forgot something every time they cleaned the room. Overall you get what you pay for. I’m moving on from this place. Stayed twice in 9 months,Flooded out first time and Snake in the bathroom second time. Management responded quickly both times to their credit by upgrading us and were very apologetic but damage was done.

Furama is in a great spot. Great beach acess and good resteraunts and bars surrounding. The hotel staff are friendly, however on Bali time. Takes a while to get room service and pool service. However, the hotel is a little run down. They seem to be working on it every day - but it’s a big place and will take time.

Very rundown, the hotel itself was dirty, the rooms were very tired and we had a compressor turning on every 5 minutes above our room all night. The pool towels were guarded like they cure a bad disease, there was smoking all around the pool even infront of the kids play area. It is rated as a resort, it is serviced appartments at best! I will say the staff were friendly and did their best.

Hotel is very rundown. Pool is unsafe with rust and broken tiles around it and on bottom of pool floor. We were in apartment 324 and there was a rat/mouse/squirrel ?? that we could hear every night in the cupboards and walls. Would not stay again definitely nicer places to stay in Legian

Great children’s playground and facilities. Staff were excellent and upgraded room and able to provide 6pm checkout. Rooms were spacious and balcony huge. Maybe only criticism was servicing of room every 2 days.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was tidy but not clean. Housekeeping and towels every second day. Pay as you go. Furniture was very tired so was the building - they are currently renovating some rooms Will be better than others. Staff were present enough. Beach bars directly across the road. Shopping a short walk away. Good for family’s who are budget conscious.

We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. We actually changed our reservation and left early. The pool area is so old and run down and not safe or suitable for children. The resort needs a lot of work. Although the rooms are big and it's beachfront there are definitely better options which we would recommend

The room’s main door was broken and difficult to lock when going out, room’s phone was broken and was not able to contact reception, the room was not cleaned and serviced before we checked in: Empty sachets of previously used coffee sachets were there, no hair conditioner, the shampoo bottle was almost empty, towels were smelly and as the sheets were. The room was not serviced as daily basis and we had to use the same towels two days in a row.The whole hotel was not cleaned properly, the little bar of the cafe was terrible and dirty.The breakfast was not fresh and they heated up the same food for the other day. Terrible service, no standard cleaning rules. The pool was almost green from the dirt. Absolutely waste of money.

Hotel was great, staff were polite and very helpful. When we arrived the room had a large water leak which we were changed rooms the next morning after attempting to clean it up but it kept pooling back. Hotel features are much older then photos make them out and are much more aged but still a great location & value for money
