"fantastic hotel for Families ."
Sanur Paradise P Suites made our holiday perfect. The staff were amazing, Kicen was part of the cleaning staff that made these amazing towel origami everyday when we returned to our room. We had room 1122 was big and if your looking for a room close to kids zone, cant get any closer then that, however balcony gave a part view of the pool. Food was really good, look out for lunch specials advertised by minimart, our room was in opposite direction so we didnt see the special until the 3rd day. Hope management take our feedback and place lunch packages in more places or even by the bar. Only issue is location as its on by pass so long walk around if back gate is closed. hope they extend gate hr to 7pm or extend their free shuttle by an hr as this would bring more clients their way. taxi is cheap anyway so we would stay again. they had a lovely cake for my sons birthday. kids loved the play park n water slide, we only left hotel at night to try local food. hotel also supply drinking water. not sure how many litres but we were there a 5 days and just had enough. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We have a child still in nappies and hotel staff happy to come pick up dirty nappies so it didnt stink up our room. We had some kids over us that woke up by 5am every morning so next time we are keen to try top floor , it wont be as close to kids splash zone but at least we will get more sleep. Happy hour beers cheap. n Indonesian food at hotel was one of the best we had in Sanur. thank you.

"Beautiful family friendly resort"
Beautiful property, staff was very attentive, kind, and professional. Room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. My only complaint was the noise level every night... either from a performance show, pool, or the second floor bar with live music. I traveled alone for some time to relax. I would not recommend this resort for a solo traveler. many families with small children or honeymooners. approximately 30-40 minute drive to Seminyak. I will say that the staff at the spa were excellent, the breakfast buffet was good, but could be changed up a bit. overall, I would recommend for all except solo travelers. Enjoy! Namaste!

"Cute spot for a quiet getaway"
Down a quiet little street minutes walk from Mushroom Bay - one of the nicer beaches. Great restaurants walking distance on waterfront. Rooms a little tired but clean and tidy. Pool did need a good clean. Overall quiet retreat in lush well kept grounds.

"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating"
I had an amazing stay. I don't know how they made the French toast but it was addictive! The salon took me a minute to find. I received the hair treatment, I wanted to bring the lady that did my service home with me! I couldn't have asked for anything more except for more time to stay!

"Excellent Traditional Balinese Style Resort!"
Stayed at the Ayodya Palace section of the resort in an ocean facing room on the 4th floor. The Palace is located closest to the beach. Rooms are traditional balinese style rooms still in very good condition. Air conditioning system is getting a little dated now and not as efficient as modern style systems or rooms, but for our stay, we were comfortable. The 'Palace' inclusions were excellent, staff friendly and attentive to your needs. Full Buffet style breakfast available, everything from cereals, breads, salads, freshly cut tropical fruits, asian and japanese style foods, pastries, egg station cooking everything from poaches eggs, omelettes to waffles and pancakes. Nothing for more could want or need! The complementary soft drinks throughout the day via the Palace pool, to afternoon tea and nightly canapes and cocktails an added bonus. Outside of the palace, a wide choice of restaurants, 5 in total, plus pool bar and beach bar all serviced by friendly staff roaming the array of banana lounges, and bean bags situated right on the beach front. Will definitely come back to this resort.

"Amazing Stay"
Great stay made possible by a team of willing staff. I liked that they often enquired about your question before answering instead of just saying 'No'. We stayed at the Nusa Dua Ritz and we were recommended by the food manager at Nusa Dua to try Mandapa and I can say that the stay was excellent. Thank you to Sang Made & Wayan. Insects and Mosquitoes (obviously, because its UBUD & you're practically in the forest): There are lots of insects - not only mosquitoes but some other kind of flies (the locals call it Nyik Nyik) that also bite - and God! they are annoying. If you're thinking about laying by the pool peacefully in your swim suit and maybe have snooze, forget it! These insects will bite and bite and bite some more. In the end we had some issues with expedia that would've been resolved quicker if the Mandapa team had called Expedia UK; for a 5 star resort they appeared resistant to call a UK number and kept calling the american line when we told them numerous times that it was a UK expedia. we also made them aware of the issue prior check-in so I do not understand why they left it the last hour of our check out. Because of this we spent over 40 minutes at check out. I must say the check-out at Nusa Dua was also strange as the clerk kept billing us the wrong amount. All in all it was a great stay but when it comes to important stuff you have to be on the ball. And we greatly appreciate the late check-out!

"Great Hotel, very nice setup, not always brand new"
Hugh Hotel, luckily not fully booked. As the areal is really big, lot of trees and gardening we never had the impression that it is overcrowded. The breakfast was excellent. As they just started the renovation of one of the restaurants we had to queue up for late breakfast twice (but less than 5 min.). Generally food is quite expensive, compared with the rest of Bali (and the restaurants near-by, we can strongly recommend the restaurant Loco, only 5 min walk in the shopping erea). Evening food is very good, snacks for lunch medium and overpriced. The beach is good, if you walk 500m south good for snorkeling, and if you have good waves...good for surfing. The pool is excellent, nice gardening, the slide was great for the kids - not very long but quite fast (do not forget an inflatable bodyboard or ring) Rooms are nice (some new painting would help), beds hard, size good - for up to 4 persons (2 kids on a nice sleeping "sofa'). Bed is quite hard. Got daily lot of fresh water bottles and fruits. Sum up: good hotel, maybe not always Grand Hyatt standard (room age) but a good place to spend a week...
