Absolutely fantastic service with the warmest team. The property was well-equipped and very comfortable. The food was excellent for breakfast and even a very late dinner. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you very much!

Cicada was a great location for us in Seminyak. It was tucked away on a side street so it was quite, but still a close 10-15 minute walk to local shops and cafes. The staff and service was amazing, we highly recommend staying here!

We couldn't recommend here enough - location wise, we were very close to town center and the beach with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Also had a lovely jacuzzi in the bathroom. The pool was basically empty and a great length to swim in. Staff were really friendly and helpful and a good mix of European and traditional food for breakfast. The hotel had a large water dispenser which was a great idea to refill our bottles and also had a fridge and freezer which was handy. Really quiet hotel - couldn't recommend here strongly enough.

Well managed place
The surroundings are not very nice to look at although Cicada provides a shuttle service from 12-2000hrs every day to any place within Seminyak to deal with this issue. Otherwise the place is well run, food is good and the staff is amazing. The rooms are not sparkling new but still very solid in their appearance.

This hotel is very good location, close to the beach, potatoe head, motel Mexicola etc. The staff are also very friendly and the free shuttle around seminyak is very handy when it is too hot to walk

Exceptional Property
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel is just off the main road a short 2 minute walk, so it's nice a quiet. It close to food, massage, and 15 minuute walk to Seminyak Square. We stayed in the Suite, the room looks exactly like their pictures on the advertisement. The breakfast is delicious and it's delivered to your room at your specified time, on time. The beds are extremely comfortable, their is a bluetooth speaker, a car service that will drop you off anywhere in seminyak between 12-8pm. The best experience about Cicada is the staff. They all were extremely friendly and accommodating and always finding a way to meet our needs. Thank You Cicada!

Amazing service! Tucked away in a lane the townhouse we stayed in was extremely spacious and our own small pool was great. Use of the main pool was available too and rarely anyone around which was even better. They provided daily transfers between 12-8pm which as super convenient. They even came into the room and set it up in the evening closing the curtains and spraying mosquito spray. I loved it.

Awesome property. We travelled as family 2 adults and 2 kids. My kids and wife loved the property, ambience, facilities etc. They provide water dispenser and water bottles for drinking water. The only thing I want to mention is that we didn’t use tap water for even toothbrushing, as we didn’t like the smell of tap water. Other than that, place is awesome, cleanliness top class, staff amazing and breakfast also nice. Great job 👍

The hotel was incredible. Right in the middle of Seminyak. I booked the trip for my partners birthday & told them last minute that the night we landed was his birthday. They went out of their way to make sure we had an incredible stay. They had a cake in the room upon arrival. We loved the breakfast & we absolutely loved our stay. We literally had the best time ever. We loved every minute & they were so accommodating. The free shuttle from the airport is vital because fighting with the locals over taxi prices after midnight is less than ideal. They also offer a free shuttle into Seminyak. It was a perfect trip.

Little Oasis!
Truely wonderful and memorable stay at Cicada. Staff there are all friendly and exude the typical friendliness of Balinese culture. Meisa and her colleague were both extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to arrange; even a last minute massage prior to leaving with our super short 1 night stay. It was a birthday surprise also for my partner's big birthday and they did not hesitate to arrange a cake and petal decor which I'm overly grateful for. Breakfast is delicious with many choices of mains with the luxury to enjoy in room and pool not crowded and lovely to swim in. Location cannot be beaten with being tucked away in tranquility while still within super close range of 5-10 minutes to all the best spots of Seminyak and beach Petitgent. A truely hidden gem. We send our sincere thankyous and will be returning.

My bf and I stayed 2 days here. The house is big for 2person but a little bit old. He request pic l to set up roses pool and balloon before we arrives. The reception helped us to rent a motorbike too. Cons: 1. They arranged us take a bath in the guardhouse toilet. We feel really bad as a traveller using their public toilet. 2. Never mentioned they have floating breakfast service. 3. Less choice on breakfast.

Thank you for your feedback in regards to our breakfast menu choices which we will review it with our team. Our breakfast is a la carte breakfast with choices of American, Indonesian and healthy breakfast, which was recommended by our guests as well. Herewith we also would like to clarify that it was not our "guardhouse toilet" and as we do not have "public toilet" or "public shower" in Cicada, however when the guest needed, they are welcome to use our staff restroom. And we apologize if there is a miss information/explanation about this on your departure. Once again thank you for your stay and we are looking forward to welcoming you again in the near future to serve you better.

We have stayed in some very lovely Villas in Bali over the years but this is the best so far. Town Houses are beautifully appointed. Bed and pillow options great. The pool in our one bedroom townhouse is small but ample for a quick cool off if you don’t want to use the large communal pool. Direct access out our front door to the gorgeous 25m long pool and it’s surrounds meant you have the best of both. And most of the time we had it to ourselves when we used it anyway. Lovely quiet street in what we consider an excellent location in Seminyak. Staff were always friendly and helpful when we needed anything. We will be back for another stay.

Centrally located in Seminyak, but nicely tucked back off the main strip. A beautiful luxury villa, with excellent facilities and private pool. Excellent breakfast choices and also the property will prepare packed breakfast if you are leaving early for an excursion. A free shuttle service within Seminyak which came in very handy.
