SUCH A GORGEOUS LOCATION!!! This is one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever seen. There is so much beautiful art, and lush greenery. It's so large and spacious, with a lovely waterfall pool and koi ponds throughout the property. Our room was SO BIG and had a private waterfall pool in the back. The staff here is second to none as well. It was my wife's birthday, and the staff (without prompting) came to the room with a cake and surprised my wife and sang her happy birthday. They made everything so special for us. Another BIG PERK of this facility is a nice fitness center. This is a big plus above many other locations, for those who want to maintain their routine while on vacation. This spa here is also amazing. My wife and I had a wonderful couples massage before leaving. We would 100% stay at this location again, and recommend it to EVERYONE.

We stayed a week in Awarta, as a family of 4 in their Premier Deluxe Family Suite. Loved the place, the room was huge, comfy beds, fantastic service. Amazing breakfast - set breakfast or a la carte with incredible choices! Two minor things to consider - the hotel does not have access to the beach, however the nearby Manarai Beach Club is very good and a walking distance. Also, the food in the hotel restaurant is pricey.

The absolute definition of boutique luxury. Everything about this hotel is perfect. This was our third stay with them and will be back again. Stayed in a private pool suite and the pool was surprisingly large. Free minibar, amazing breakfast, free car to location destinations, and the staff are so friendly.

This is the property that I honestly considered to be the best one I stayed with in 2019. What I appreciated was the details which the resort had put in effort, like the free mini bar, warm welcome from the butler with very helpful info of the room and the facilities, kind assistance while I was waiting for my friend, etc. And the private pool in the suite which was awesome.

The staff was attentive and helpful, but that's about it - the price point was way too high for what was offered. I do not recommend staying here. One thing I learned about Nusa Dua is how important it is to be directly on the beach. I cannot fault the hotel for their location and I was fully aware it was not located beachfront. When booking, I didn't think it would be a huge issue as the hotel offered transportation, but the reality was there were rarely drivers available. When the drivers were available, they did not show up at the agreed upon pick-up time. This wasn't a huge deal, but I found it frustrating as the Awarta is priced similarly to the hotels directly on the beach. In addition, the facilities were dated and the food was poor. Caution: You cannot cancel reservations at the Awarta. I purchased the Expedia Travel Guard policy that was said to cover 100% Trip Cost in the event of a cancellation, but when I requested to cancel 2+ months prior they denied my request. I tried going through Expedia and the hotel directly, still denied. Looking back, I wish I had ate the cost and stayed somewhere else. Again, the price point was way too high for what was offered. Don't make the mistake I did, stay elsewhere!

Cannot recommend this place enough! It was so peaceful and the staff was more than amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. While nusa dua location is far from all the main attractions it has a very nice beach and it is very quiet and beautiful to spend your time here after all the commuting around.

Awarta was Amazing! From the airport pick-up to the generously sized room to the lovely breakfast and service - everything was just great! The staff were all polite and lovely, the restaurants on site were quality although a little expensive but it was to be expected. They made great cocktails and mocktails and left little sweets in the room at turn down. Was sad to leave and would 100% stay there again!

Where can I start? For starters this hotel is in a excellent location. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The hotel/resort is really something out of luxury resort magazine. As soon as you walk in there you feel like your in your own little world. Very luxurious yet at the same time it has the greatest touch of Indonesian culture. My wife and I stayed at one bedroom private villa with pool, let me tell you this place is a must for honeymooners. But ultimately where we felt that our trip was at its best was the staff. We were just so overwhelmed with so much great service. The staff there is what makes this so much more wonderful. Highly recommended for honeymooners.

The architecture and interior design is pristine. Staff is amazingly attentive and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The villa blew us away with how luxurious it was. Even the bedsheets smell amazing. I’m already looking forward to the next visit.

Quite possible the BEST decision I’ve made on a vacation. Awarta went above and beyond during our stay. We left not only singing their praises but very sad as they had become family to us. I think the service and hospitality cannot be matched anywhere else. We went resort hopping to meet friends and were not impressed with what the other resorts offered in terms of service. They have a shuttle that we loved that offers free rides within Nusa Dua, our drivers were always so happy to assist and offer tips. The room was spectacular and exceeded all expectations (looks even better than the pics). The late night snack left by our Butler were to die for! Everything was 10 stars (if possible). Awarta has spoiled me, it will be hard to replicate the service anywhere else in the world. Thank you Awarta Team, we hope to return to you soon.

We stayed for 5 nights in the Royal Orchid villa and I wish we stayed for 10. The level of service at this resort is unlike any I have experienced anywhere else. Every single member of staff will stop what they are doing to greet you by name with a smile and say hello and they will attend to every need you may have. The villa was amazing and HUGE, the photos do not do it justice. It has multiple bathrooms and showers and there were rooms we did not even use. The food in the resort was also amazing, breakfast everyday has plenty of options and you can order as much as you want. They will also provide free transportation to anywhere in the area of the resort, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. You will feel like absolute royalty staying at Awarta. I cannot wait to return here in the future.

What a Find
This was our last hotel we stayed in, during our visit to Hongkong and Bali. The hotel was just perfect, couldnt fault the Villa we had 'orchid ' . We certainly recommend staying here.

Luxurious villa, great overall! Ideal for people that want to be in a villa with maximum privacy, not much to do in terms of activities and area around Nusa Dua. There’s no shared pool, only private ones for each villa, beautiful pool by the way but it’s for certain people that won’t get bored by staying in an isolated place. Butler service, great service and very helpful staff. Mosquitoes can be a bit of a problem, have to apply mosquito repellent often. If you want privacy and luxury this is the place to be

Beautiful Hotel, excellent service
We had an amazing experience at Awarta. It's in a secure gated complex of high end Hotels, a very quiet area. Only 30 minutes ton Denpasar and 30 minutes to Jimbaran. Every staff member was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The grounds were so beautifully maintained. This was by far our favorite Hotel we've ever stayed in. Check in was delayed by an hour, so the hotel made up for with a free 30 minute massage. We had a midnight flight and checked out earlier that morning, but they allowed us to use the spa shower that night prior to heading to airport. Food was very good. The villas were immaculate and so spacious. The private pool was amazing. Our only regret is that we didn't spend MORE time just relaxing in our villa. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awarta is in a class of its own. Intimate and beautifully landscaped and designed. Only 14 villas but soon to complete their suites. Our villa, Lotus, was stunning. Evry attention to detail in the design, furnishings and comfort was made. Was pampered and spoiled by the private butler, free resfreshments in the bar fridge, dessert served at turn down service, the comfy robes and slippers, and lush linens. The included breakfast offered a 6 page menu with everything imaginable, we never needed lunch. The spa was expensive but worth the splurge as they take their time to pamper you. The Long Table meals were generally delicious and superbly made. It's open 24 hours a day, which is surprising given how empty it always appears..but that may be because most of their guests order their meals in. Landscaping had staff constantly upkeeping the gardens. Free private drivers to and from anywhere within Nusa Dua. Staff were professinally trained and demonstrated the utmost in service and graciousness. We truly felt like royalty. The only negative was the humming noise from passing cars when we were out in our garden and pool, but it wasn't too big of a problem especially when inside the villa. Although my original booking request was for a quieter villa, I was willing to overlook that given how spacious and beautiful it was inside.
