There is one double bedroom with a fan and access to a balcony, as well as another room with two beds. The apartment also includes a kitchen area with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and fan. The kitchen provides access to a balcony and terrace.

The Terrazza sul Mare apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. It features a shower, bidet, and a toilet. Heating is available from December 1st to March 31st, although it may not be present in all rooms.
