The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space featuring a garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

Sea Nest - Garden & Beach is a small complex of two independent vacation homes, located in a privileged position: just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Balestrate, which can be easily reached on foot.  
  
The apartments, tastefully and functionally maintained, offer ideal spaces for 4 people, perfect for a slow Mediterranean-style vacation.  
  
Both houses have private furnished verandas with table, chairs and outdoor furniture-a perfect space for breakfasts in the sun, afternoon reading in the shade or dinners under the stars. One of the two apartments also has a private enclosed garden, ideal for enjoying additional privacy, letting the sea breeze caress you and experiencing summer in total tranquility.
