À proximité du village de Baldwinsville pour ses restaurants et ses divertissements, salles à manger pouvant accueillir des banquets, plusieurs salons, vérandas ensoleillées, sauna, suite parentale de luxe avec balcon et baignoire profonde, propriété privée de plus d’un acre, piscine creusée avec toboggan. Idéal pour des séjours multigénérationnels ! 3 chambres avec lit king-size ! À l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur : que les jeux commencent ! ! Le domaine comprend des pontons pour les bateaux de toutes tailles, des jet-skis, des kayaks, etc. Rampe de mise à l’eau sur place. Great home to allow large families to stay. Had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond and friendly!! Thanks KarlGreat pool and hot tub. Close to many activities and Baldwinsville is a nice city with many shops.

This was our 2nd time at this property for our family vacation. We had a great time. The pool was awesome for the kids and the weather perfect to enjoy the pool. We loved the riverfront where we could fish right from the property and then kayak. The house is big enough for our family and spacious enough we all had our own space. Only issue we had was WiFi didn’t work for the TVs on the 4 rooms on the first floor. Besides not being able to use the TVs on the first floor with the bedrooms and game room we had a wonderful stay.

The house had a lot of stuff on all of the tables and any spaces available. The steps going to the living room and upstairs were very steep and covered with carpet which made them slippery and dangerous. The house was in a great location and had enough room for entertainment. It wasn’t as clean as I had hoped it to be.

We had a lovely extended weekend at this property. Pool, hot tub, spacious living areas, lovely kitchen, and it was centrally located to visiting with extended family in the Syracuse area.

This house has a great location on the river. We really enjoyed the entertainment provided by the waterfowl outside the sunroom, ducks and ducklings, Canada geese, and an eagle.The house is unique in that you feel that someone loaned you their house for a visit, it is furnished for living, not just for renting. Anything you might think you would need is provided. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles).The large lot the house sits on insures that you have plenty of privacy. It's a short walk into the business district of the village of Baldwinsville. It's a short drive to the Finger Lake district and to many wineries and apple orchards.The owner quickly responded to a couple of questions that we had. We would definitely stay in this house again if we were in the area.

What a fun place. The pool and sauna were fantastic. Fishing was very good. The house has plenty of space for everyone. Close to shopping, restaurants and much more. Convenient to get to and great hosts.

Had a blast!!!

This house has it all! Pool, river access, pool table, sauna, hot tub, big stocked kitchen, lots of room to spread out. We had 11 adults, 2 children and it was a great week vacation with everyone!
