"It was a great space and had a good kitchen area for cooking. One thing that would put this over the top would be a cutting board and a dish drainer. The bed was so comfortable and the linens soft. The neighbors were quiet with little to no street traffic. Great location. "

"We rented this place when we moved our YA into Syracuse University. The location is near the school and other areas we needed to access. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. "

"Location was very close to town. Debbie the property manager maintained great communication up until check in and to verify that everything was good at the property. She made sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or problems. The property was very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay and we would definitely plan on staying there again. "

"The accomodations were stellar. We've stayed at 6 other locations for our annual family fishing trip. Mary and Gary have done this one right. Im used to bringing extra stuff for cooking, didnt need any of it this year. As far as my family is concerned, this is our forever spot!"

"Good location, pictures are somewhat deceiving compared to the actual condition of the property, it is quite dated, and especially the living room has a strong smell. Luckily we overcame this by opening the windows, but on hotter or colder days that wouldn't be an option.That being said it was clean and served our purposes. "We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. The only thing I will say is the hosts use a lotttttt of smell goods (air fresheners and candles and such), I'm not very sensitive to smells and the first day it was a bit overwhelming so if...
