Set privately at the end of an oceanfront cul de sac, this home features stunning sunsets over the less crowded South and West beaches. Ships can be seen in the distance going to and from the shipping channel to Wilmington. Beach access is directly across from the private driveway to 32 Sandpiper Trail. This home may have the very best sunsets on the Island, you might just see the green flash! Inside you will find a fully renovated and updated interior with a reverse floor plan, upstairs you will find a large open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. The living room opens onto a covered veranda with Adirondack chairs and rocking chairs to soak in the gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen features upgraded stainless appliances, quartz counter tops. Two light houses can be seen! The kids bunk room is also upstairs and sleeps 3. Downstairs, you will find two master bedrooms. One with a King, an d the other with two Queen beds. Both bedrooms open onto a first floor covered porch with great views. Sleeps 9\. Two golf carts are included. A BHI Club Lifestyle membership is available but not included. A Shoals Club is also available but not included.
