« Great place on a beautiful island »

« We always enjoy our week at Chase’s cottage. We celebrated Mother’s Day, had beautiful weather and were lucky enough to add a couple of extra days to our vacation. We looked forward to having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night out on the new deck furniture. Until next time!! »

« We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience! »

« This property is absolutely awesome. Perfect location on the boardwalk and steps to Marine Ave. paddle boards were so much fun and the house was clean and spacious. Nikki was awesome to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!! »

« Loved being on the strand in this comfortable property. I will miss the view from the 2nd floor deck and the easy access to the town and the beach with all the beach toys you could want. Hosts have thought of everything you need for an accommodating stay. Only down side is some noise from the lower level guests… we would love to rent both units the next time we visit. Bonus: the noises could not be heard from the quiet rooftop perch! »

« Communication and check in was very smooth. The cottage is in a great location and is well stocked with all the supplies you will need. It is also an easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops- as well as the ocean. »

« One of the best rentals we've stayed at on the island. Having designated parking spot makes leaving the island stress-free, although street parking was plentiful. Overall a super comfortable place that was clean and was stocked with everything you need. »
