This newly built, spacious villa rental is situated right by the side of Lake Balaton with its private beach and pier deck. Your 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa Sunset is located in a holiday resort with other private villas and apartments in a guarded area. This South-Balaton rental is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the center of Balatonszárszó, on a perfect location for families or group of friends coming to enjoy the most of Hungary’s biggest and most beloved natural water.  
  
Villa Sunset is designed to accommodate up to 12 people, giving you much more space and privacy than a hotel.  
  
This vacation rental offers contemporary design and modern amenities and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The stunning grounds of your lakeside holiday property include a private pier deck, from where you can dip into the lake or sunbath while enjoying your favorite book. In the garden there are sun-chairs, a table-tennis and a foosball table, sandbox for kids to keep all generation entertained. You can prepare a nice summer meal on the open fireplace or make a barbecue diner using the electric grill set. On top of it, a 5 seats outdoor hot tub and a kayak for 3, and a Steam Spa cabin in the bathroom are special luxury features. There are also 2 adult bicycles and 2 for children that belong to the villa and are waiting for its guests to ride them. The terrace has a dining table sitting 10 people comfortably and can be shaded by a full size electric awning. Should you need cover on a windy or rainy day, the 50 m2 indoor living room with huge glass doors, comfortable sofas, a big flat screen TV with cable & DVD, and the dining area with a table sitting up to 10 shall be a great space to dine at or hang out. For chilly evenings you can keep your party warm with a fireplace, but heating is also installed in the whole building for Autumn and Winter months. The full house comes with air-conditioning.  
  
Mosquitos are kept outside with insect-screens on all doors on the upper and lower levels.

Nearby Amenities:  
The nearest village is Balatonszárszó. Here you can find grocery stores, fresh vegetables every day on the farmers’ market, banks and ATMs as well as a local doctors and pharmacy. Its beach also offers various simple food options, mainly fast food though – hot-dog stalls, lángos, pancakes and cold refreshments (the usual is on offer as on many other beaches around lake Balaton). The nearest Tesco is by Siofok (20 min drive). There is also a wellness possibility at Balatonlelle YachtClub and iceskating during the winter at this same place.  
  
Things to see and do:  
• visit Siófok’s bars, and beach houses and thermal baths (25 min drive)  
• visit Héviz Thermal Baths and Spa (less than 1 hour drive)  
visit the Adventure Centre at Balatonboglár (15 min drive)  
• check out the gastronomy in the famous Kistücsök Restaurant in Balatonszemes or one of the nearby csarda’s Hungarian specialities – 5-10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk

#### Paradiesisch!

Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt. Es ist modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Die großen Terrassen-Fenster bieten täglich einen wundervollen Blick auf den Balaton. Die Sitzecke auf der großzügigen Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr erholt nach Hause gefahren. Ein idyllischer Ort zum Ausspannen. Absoluter Lieblingsplatz war für uns die Hollywoodschaukel am Ende des Steges. Jeden Abend genossen wir hier die wundervollen Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr empfehlenswert ist die kleine Pizzeria "Il Siziliano" gleich um die Ecke. Hier kann man dem Pizzabäcker direkt bei der Arbeit zusehen. Es geht schnell, ist preiswert und lecker. Wo sind Reserven? Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände und Sportgegenstände haben schon engen Kontakt mit dem Zahn der Zeit gehabt (Tischkicker, das Stand-up-Paddelbrett, Töpfe, Geschirr, die 3 Fahrräder,...). Hier wäre die eine oder andere Modernisierung wünschenswert. Der vorhandene Gasgrill hat gut funktioniert. Besser eigene Fahrräder mitbringen! Dann kann man auch gleich zum etwa 3 km entfernten Bäcker radeln. Dennoch ein absolutes Traumhaus in traumhafter Lage. Absolute Empfehlung.

We are all grateful for our host. The place is very Cosy, stylish. We didn’t miss a thing. Sunset is breathtaking, we loved the dominant nature: lake & brise& and birds song orchestra around. Well equipped ( Hous, watersport, Velo) A place to be even in wintertime with chimney:) Thank you!

#### Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, Top !!!

Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet. Eigener Zugang zum See über einen Steg. Umfangreiche Ausstattung für sportliche Aktivitäten vorhanden. Großes Schlauchboot, Stabiles Kajak, 2 Stand Up Paddels, Surfbrett. Feuerstelle zum Grillen. Top Aussicht. Innen perfekt ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

#### Sommerurlaub

Hallo , die Unterkunft liegt perfekt mit eigenem Steg und großer Plattform am Balaton-Süd-Ufer und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allen Dingen heizt sich das Haus bei Außentemperaturen von 30 Grad tagsüber nicht viel auf, wie bei anderen Ungarnhäusern. Das Haus sowie der Garten mit großer Außenterasse bietet viel Platz. Eine große Küche lädt zum kochen ein, auch Kesselgulasch selber machen kann man im Garten über einer Feuerstelle. Leider gibt es zu Fuss keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie Restaurants in der Nähe, dieses muss man immer mit Autos anfahren. Ansonsten ist die Villa natürlich sehr zu empfehlen. Wonderful house and laid out well Love all the water toys Use of the bikes was great Very comfortable. Though the furniture is comfortable it is showing wear and tear Would certainly rent this house again

Wir waren Anfang August 2019 mit 10 Erwachsenen Personen in diesem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für diese Urlaubszeit gebraucht wird. ABC, Tesco, Spar, EDEKA findet man in der Hauptortschaft oder eine Ortschaft weiter. Kleinigkeiten sind in die Jahre gekommen (Verschleiß) und sollten erneuert werden. Vielleicht findet sich dazu ja Ende der diesjährigen Saison die Zeit dafür. Gesamtbewertung sehr positiv.

#### Super Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit traumhafter Seelage/-Grundstück!

Wir waren vom 11.-18.08.2018 mit insgesamt sechs Erwachsenen u. drei Kindern vor Ort. Das Haus ist großzügig und modern gestaltet und bot für uns ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, falls man mal alleine sein wollte. Die große Terrasse sowie das Grundstück mit direktem (privaten) Seezugang über den eigenen Steg sind ein absolutes Highlight! An Ausstattung (z.B. Küchenequipment, Whirlpool, Tischtennisplatte, Kajak, Liegen, Klimaanlagen, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion,...) mangelte es nicht. Obwohl wir den Gesamteindruck mit max. Punktzahl bewerten gibt es kleine Defizite, die aber leicht behoben werden könnten: Vorallem im Küchenbereich findet man „bei genauerem Hinsehen“ doch einige Abnutzungserscheinungen (z.B bei denTürgriffen, Plastikgläsern u. Geschirr). Die Kaffeemaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden (defekte Kanne, zu klein für viele Personen), einige Stühle (Terrasse) sollten ausgetauscht bzw. repariert werden. Das vorhandene Schlauchboot mit E-Motor ist in keinem guten Zustand. Jedoch hatten wir ein neues Kajak (4 P) zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit der Eigentümerin war sehr positiv, das Personal zur Hausübergabe (An/Abreise) war etwas reserviert und konnte in Teilen (bei Rückfragen) keine Antwort geben (z.B. Welche Wandschalter sind für welche Beleuchtungen / Geräte relevant- „eigentlich wichtig, da es an Mehrfachschalterleisten im Haus nicht mangelt und teilweise die Funktionen für uns im unklaren blieben“... Trotz dieser aufgeführten negativen Kritik und diese darf bei einer Villa für 3000€ pW auch sein, war es ein Traumurlaub und auch Objekt, dass eine super Bewertung rechtfertigt!

#### lovely comfortable house, ideal for families, groups of friends.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was comfortable and clean, the only pity was that it was too early in the season for swimming, - we saw the wooden steps etc. on the grass but alas it was not ready yet for swimming..... Hopefully we will manage to come again, shall be in contact.

#### Very relaxing and enjoyable place!!!

A full week with the entire family (grandparents and 3-year-old kids). Very welcoming house with everything one needs to spend time together. The jacuzzi came in particularly handy during a few rainy days, but the access to the lake, sitting on the deck over the lake, playing in the back yard... all good memories. Thanks to the owners and the local housekeeping/logistics team for everything. Can only recommend and would do it again.

#### Super Urlaub dank fantastischer Unterkunft

Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Wasser gelegen. 8 Erwachsene mit 5 Kinder hatten genug Platz, ein vielseitiges Freizeitangebot und eine schöne Zeit. Direkter und privater Zugang zum Wasser, ein Whirpool, ein riesen Garten zum Spielen. Alles super. Schön gepflegt und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen! Lieben Dank!
