The Violett (MAF120) is a 4-room house with a total area of 60 square meters, spread across two levels. The practical furnishings include a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is one room with one bed, and the kitchen area features an oven, four gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The property also has a shower and a separate toilet. It is important to note that there is no heating option available in this vacation rental.  
  
Amenities Included  
The upper floor of the Violett (MAF120) consists of two rooms with sloping ceilings, each room containing two beds. There is an exit leading to a balcony from the upper level. The flooring throughout the property is parquet. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, a terrace, and terrace furniture such as deck chairs (2) and a portable barbecue for your enjoyment. Additional amenities provided are a baby cot (extra) and free WiFi internet access.
