An additional separate WC is located on this floor.

The property offers a balcony measuring 6 square meters and a terrace spanning 10 square meters. Outdoor amenities include a portable barbecue and 2 deck chairs. Parking facilities are available with a reserved fenced area for 2 cars. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 1 pet/dog permitted. Air conditioning is provided in one of the bedrooms.
