The only suggestion I can make is that we had our 105 yr old mother with us and this time of year gets cool at night. We were unable to raise the temp above 71 (which is fine for most of us) but when older person staying, maybe up to 73 would work much better. »

« Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. »

« Very clean, perfect place to stay in Holmes county as it was close to everything! We stayed in and cooked dinner and breakfast each morning so coffee bar was very appreciated! Only downfall was there wasn’t a dishwasher so we had to wash our dishes by hand. »

« We had the very best time! The host couldn't have been better!! She was communicating with me right away when asked questions, we were able to gain entry sooner than expected, which was fantastic, being we had a little one and the parents drove 8 hours through the night!! Super helpful! The VRBO was clean and the play are for the little one was awesome!! Awesome view for the patio.
