When we arrived the interior was every bit as welcoming as it looked in the pictures, and it was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. However, we really did not stay inside much because the outdoor space was awesome and the views were amazing and ever changing. It was the first place I went when I woke up and after each days adventure I quickly returned. The garage rec-room was very cool. If you like that kind of thing (which I do), a lot of time can be spent there (and was). We brought a small smart TV to catch some olympics while there which worked great! The place is fairly remote which equates to peaceful and quiet!!! There are 3 towns within a 20 minute drive which gave a lot of options for short trips. Within about an hours drive we went paddleboarding/kayaking, river tubing, Mt. Mitchell, disc golfing, Asheville and even a highland cow farm. I would quickly come back here! ##### mike m.
