« We had so so much fun during our visit! The location is so beautiful, we were so fortunate to see the peak of fall colors and it was breathtaking. We saw the sunrise over the mountains right from our cabin and we had a clear view of the sky for nighttime sky gazing too, the stars are so much brighter! The actual drive to the house was super manageable, didn’t need 4WD so long as you don’t try to drive up the gravel driveway, which Michelle advises against anyway. « Breakfast was robust (eggs/sausage/ham/waffles/cereal) but the same every day of our stay. Would have been nice to mix it up a bit.
Rooms were fine, but 3 things were a problem for us. Some of this I should have checked on:
1) we had our handicapped son with it. The hotel only had double beds for sleeping 3, which are too small for a couple
2) no tub; only a shower. That's a problem when bathing my handicapped son
3) stupid sliding door on the bathroom. My son caught his fingers in the...
