Words cannot provide justice to this 20-acre property that encompasses a 9-acre lake with over 9,912 square feet of an amazingly fluid-designed home. This home is generous and full of surprises. Unparalleled in the Southern Valley, this rare Lake Estate boasts 4 full mezzanine suites, a game room, a cinema room, a wine room, formal areas, and an epicurean's kitchen with sweeping casual entertaining areas inside and out. The Lake has its own water source and launch perfect for skiing or wakeboarding and stocked for fishing. Roam the property to see your daily harvest from your back orchard and garden area.

Outdoor:  
Enjoy this luxurious estate to the fullest in this outdoor space made for entertainment. Swim the day away in the oversized pool and relax in the heated spa with your closest friends at the night's end. Catch some sun-rays on one of eight lounge chairs, plenty of pool towels are provided. Grill up a fantastic meal on the propane-fueled built-in barbecue and outdoor kitchen area for the whole group. Enjoy fishing in the lake and the wide array of outdoor games such as soccer, kickball, badminton, tree swing, classic bean bag game, slip and slide, fishing (not pictured) and basketball hoop (not pictured). Enjoy a scenic and a 3/4 mile tranquil walk around the lake while the sunsets over the surrounding agriculture. The garage near the kitchen is also equipped with an EV Charger.  
  
Indoor:  
This vacation home opens up to a spacious great room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 50-inch LG Smart television in comfort. The formal dining room features a dining table with seating for 10. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a KitchenAid french door refrigerator with a water dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for six. A second eating area is found in the casual dining room through the great room features a breakfast table with seating for six. A game room is located to the left of the entrance and features a Billiards table and basketball hoop. The game room adjoining room features a wine refrigerator, a granite island with three chairs surrounding it, and a two-seater loveseat. Through that room across from the hallway is an office with two desks and three chairs per desk. A fantastic Cinema Room features six theater recliners with a projector and a large screen. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.  
  
Bedroom Descriptions:  
Master Suite 1 is located upstairs on the right side and features a Cal King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 50-inch LG Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, large walk-in closet. Master Suite1 has access to the balcony and features a seating area with room for five. The private, en suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.  
  
Suite 2 is located next to Master Suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, a 42-inch LG Smart television (not pictured), a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the balcony. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks. Suite 3 is located on the other side of the upstairs bedrooms, next to the stairs and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 42-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the balcony. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.  
  
Suite 4 is located next to Suite 3 and features a Cal King-sized Bed, a 42-inch LG Smart television (not pictured), a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the balcony. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. The "Green Room" is located through Suite 4 and has three lighted mirrors with salon-style chairs and vanities as well as a couch with seating for five and two chairs with seating for one each. The Green Room features a half bath with a pedestal sink.  
  
Bedroom 5 is located downstairs next to the laundry room and features a Twin Over Queen with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. A powder room is located across from Bedroom 5, a second powder room is located next to the Cinema Room, and a third powder room is located near the front door. All feature a pedestal sink.
